Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Aquinnah

We loved staying at Michael’s place ~ super clean, roomy, and comfortable furniture/beds. Kitchen was very well stocked but we did not use much as we took advantage of great places to eat in the city. We loved that that the home was walkable to several local restaurants. Michael was very accommodating with our late check-in, super responsive, and easy to communicate with. Thank you again for a great stay, Michael!

Apartment was pristine, ultra comfortable, and perfectly located. Loved having a washer dryer, extra blankets and nearby off street parking. Overall, would highly recommend.

This was the nicest airbnb I've stayed in. It feels like a home rather than a commercial rental. I was looking for a writing retreat and this place was perfect. It has two nice workspaces, comfy reading chair and sofa, a kitchen fully stocked with staples.cookware and small appliances, so I could whip up meals easily when I didn't want to go out. It's walkable to all the interesting sights and stores around town; I never used my car for five days. The neighborhood is peaceful, and the interior is warm and charming, just enough nice furnishings and fun art without being cluttered. Best of all, Carlina and Bethany are the most thoughtful, generous and warm hosts you could wish for. They anticipated my every need before and during my stay, responded immediately to questions, supplied me with fresh eggs from their hens, and in general, made themselves completely available while respecting my desire for a solitary retreat. If I lived in New Bedford, I know we'd be good friends.

Place is as described in the ad. It is nice and located in upcoming area. Mr Han was very quick and responsive to all the issues. He is a wonderful host and we hope to go back there again.

We had such a wonderful experience staying here! The apartment was clean and cozy and the location was perfect for exploring the area with so many restaurants and shops within a short walk. They were very responsive and provided helpful recommendations for all things to do nearby. Highly recommend!

Immaculate, comfortable and accurately advertised. The bed was very comfortable and we loved sitting out on the deck to enjoy the beautiful weather. Close to nearby restaurants and beaches. We would definitely stay again!

The apartment was clean, well appointed and beautifully decorated. The amenities were not just what was listed but so much more! There aren’t enough positive words to describe our experience. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. Stephan was responsive and a great host! The location is convenient, though it is on a busy main road.

Our family of 5 stayed here and loved it. The house itself was clean and spacious. The hot tub and table tennis were great! Very close to the beach. Restaurants and shops nearby. We would love to stay here again!

This was a family Christmas getaway, and it was perfect.

What a beautifully decorated home! Close to the beach & loved that a beach cart, chairs & boggie boards were included. Although we brought a few of our own, was nice to have extra boggie boards. Great places to gather outside & loved having an outdoor shower. Loved having a water filter right in the fridge. My girls loved the porch that has been coverted to a bedroom with two beautiful full size beds. Loved that it had what we needed an no clutter to distract. Easy check in process. Owner was very responsive. A great vacation for the family!!

Ana’s place was perfect for our long weekend girl’s trip. The kitchen, grill, and outdoor seating were great for a cookout. We loved walking and biking to Morning Glory Farm for coffee, breakfast, and produce for our day!

BEAUTIFUL, SPOTLESSLY CLEAN AND FURNISHED! Directions, Entry Instructions and communication from Xuan could not have been better. The area is clean, residential, and Cape Cod quaint...and 4 minutes from some great restaurants, a Stop & Shop, and auto shops, as needed. Close to Route 28, so access to the entire Cape is easy. The 3 Bedrooms were great; there were 2 futons in the Living Room to accommodate extra guests---we had 2 couples + 1 single and were very happy. Modern, undamaged furnishings made staying there a breeze. The kitchen was great, clean, stocked with utensils and cooking necessities and very functional (although we really didn't do lots of cooking). Backyard and fire pit were nice, off of a great deck...but there was a state-wide ban on fires, so we didn't use the backyard on cool evenings. For 5+ people, very fair daily cost. Thanks!

This was our second time staying at this beautiful home. So very spacious and feels like home. They have everything you will need for prepping and cooking meals. We will definitely stay again when we come back. They are always quick to respond to any questions we have. Thank you for another great wonderful stay!

Sean’s place was just as described. We felt completely comfortable at all times. Everything was spotless upon check in. Everything we needed was there, lots of extra blankets, pillows and towels. Plenty of dishes, pots and pans, cooking utensils. Lots of nice touches to make you feel right at home. The location makes it easy to access many attractions. Thanks Sean!!

I grew up in the area and know Newport well. After a wedding on Cape Cod, we were looking for a place to unwind for a few days. (1) The location is great; right off Thames St. in the heart of downtown, and right down the street from the Vanderbilt (great hotel bar, restaurant, and roof deck) -- that said, we visited in October when Newport isn't crowded; I can imagine it might be a bit noisy in the summer. (2) David was a very responsible host. (3) The apartment, though small (as are most of them in the colonial section of downtown Newport) was well kitted out (in the summer, the washer/dryer would be a real plus; ditto for the small back patio). (4) If you want to stay in and watch shows/videos, it's well equipped (e.g., Hulu, etc.). (5) Wifi was flawless. (6) Parking across the street was $30 for 24 hours.

It is always comforting to stay at Anna’s condo. It feels like home with well thought out amenities, clean spaces, quiet surroundings and such a helpful host. It is a great space for families and has all you need to cook in. I highly recommend staying here.

Great space!! We came for the Christmas Stroll and had wonderful access to restaurants and it was an easy walk or cab ride to town. Inga had the place beautifully decorated for Christmas, even a real Christmas tree! We appreciated all the little touches! The bedding was super comfortable and the backyard space was very cute though we didn’t use it! The quick walking path to Stop and Shop, Island Kitchen, Sea Grille and some other great spots was so convenient but could definitely use a clean up ! Overall, we loved our stay! Thank you!!

clean and comfortable apartment right on thames street, we had a great time walking to all the bars and restaurants nearby. loved the backyard space. everything was exactly as described, an excellent spot to call home while exploring Newport.

Everything was great! The one issue for some might be the distance from the location you get the key to the location of your front door. It is a bit of a walk. It did not bother my family at all, but if you are not very mobile I could see it being an issue. --- But the location and the room were outstanding. I have not complaints and I am very happy with trip. I will stay again in the future!

This property was the perfect size for my husband and me. Very clean and had all the basics needed. The bed was very comfortable too. The location was amazing - steps from Thames Street. Troy was extremely responsive, especially when I left a few items behind and had to coordinate with him to get them back.

We were on the Cape to celebrate my mother’s 98th birthday. This was a perfect place for my husband and I as well as our daughter with our 5 month old grandson.
