Vacation rentals with a patio in Apple Valley Lake

Adam is a wonderful host! He is friendly, accommodating and extremely responsive. When I notified him that the washer had an issue he immediately responded and had it replaced with a new one in no time. He also knows the area well and gave great recommendations for local eateries and for fall festivities. The apartment itself was exactly as described and well-equipped with all the kitchen tools needed and with quality, essential supplies. I had everything I needed for my 2-month stay there. I would definitely stay again!!!

Beautiful, clean and walking distance.

Charming old house set in a cute neighborhood within walking of downtown Loudonville. If you're there on a Saturday, they may even set up their Farmer's market in the lawn right next door. Which we enjoyed. It's within a few minutes drive of Mohican state park where there's beautiful hiking trails and scenery. The place was clean and simply decorated with good updates while still maintaining character. Beautiful huge front porch to sit out on in the mornings. Only downside was the unexpected amount of traffic that drives through there including loud trucks and even in the mornings and nights.

We booked this Airbnb for our construction crew, and it was perfect for our needs. The space was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed for an extended stay. The location was convenient, and the host was incredibly responsive and accommodating. After long workdays, it was great to have a quiet and relaxing place to come back to. Highly recommend for any work crews or teams needing a reliable and comfortable stay!

The location was perfect for us since we are building a home nearby. We can't wait to be neighbors, living our best rural life. Terri has been very responsive and the place is comfortable and private, with incredible sunsets over the pond. Our days have been focused on getting our property cleared, so not much time for anything else, but hopefully one of these days we'll get to spend time exploring their farm, as we will definitely be back! Thank you for your hospitality!

This charming little place is just as described. Quiet and peaceful, a great place to kick back and relax. Christine is a thoughtful host. She had the place warm and cozy up on arrival. From the toasty fireplace, to the loaf of homemade bread. We definitely recommend the stay.

We loved our weekend here. The house was clean and adorable, with plenty of space to relax. Perfect location for walking everywhere, and we really appreciated all of the thoughtful touches - especially the coffee pods! Great value for a weekend at Kenyon!

Such a great quick weekend getaway with my husband and 6yr old son. Miriam's place was just what we needed to relax. It was a beautiful weather weekend and we got to get good use of the firpit. The views of the sunset where stunning. Everything about the home was inviting and comfortable. I was very impressed on all the extra availability of extra linens and towels. WE LOVED the coffee cake that Miriam made! Such a nice touch! We will definitely be back!

We were so fortunate and grateful to stumble upon this beautiful and well maintained gem of a home in Mt. Vernon. This was the perfect halfway point for our family of 6 as we headed back to NY. We immediately felt right at home and were blown away by the generous hospitality that we were provided with from the coffee station, to the treats and beverages, and thoughtful note and information provided. The only regret we had was not being able to spend more time here to enjoy the comforts of this special home and to explore all that the charming town had to offer.

Great place, very quiet. Enjoyed a little snow on Sunday morning April 6. Extra clean home, big TV in basement was great. We will be booking this again when we are able to, maybe this summer. James & Patricia Shehan

Probably the best Airbnb I have stayed at. The hot tub was so nice after a long day of shopping, very clean, stocked very well. I was thankful for the fans upstairs, it did get a bit stuffy. My only minor suggestions would be for luggage racks in the bedroom and maybe a few more hooks in the shower to hang wet clothes/towels. I would really recommend this place to anyone looking in the area!

Alexandra was a fabulous host-super responsive! Her place was perfect for my family of 5. Very clean and just a gorgeous modern space. The playroom was awesome for the kids. Just a beautiful home away from home. We will definitely be back!

This is our second time staying at Heather's place while visiting family in the area. There was enough room for our family of 5 and the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. We enjoyed the quietness and seclusion of the house but also the proximity to 161. Heather responds promptly to messages. We look forward to visiting again.
