Condo vacation rentals in Appalachian Mountains

The location is fantastic, and the condo is incredibly spacious. Eric was an outstanding host, ensuring a seamless experience from our initial planning and check-in to our stay and departure. We prepared all our meals at the condo, and the kitchen was well-equipped with everything we needed. While we didn’t spend much time watching TV, there were five TVs available, including a massive one in the living room, perfect for a movie night where we all fit comfortably on the large sectional. Plus, there are plenty of board games for extra entertainment! A small note: although the house was very clean overall, I rated 4 stars for cleanliness due to stains on the light cream-colored carpet. This is understandable for light-colored flooring and didn’t impact our stay or willingness to stay again, but I wanted to be transparent. Overall, this place is a true gem!

This was such a wonderful find - as close as you can get to the boardwalk which was exactly what we were looking for. The unit was exactly as described, well furnished and offered lots of surprising touches! Highly recommend staying here, we'll definitely be back!

Diane’s condo was absolutely amazing. The ocean view was spectacular. The condo was spacious, uncluttered, and exceptionally clean. Diane was extremely easy to communicate with and responded quickly to all of my emails. I would definitely chose to stay at Diane’s property again.

We were extremely happy with our stay and thinking of booking an entire week next summer. It is very spacious, well kept, clean, and welcoming. Our favorite part was the parking. We had a total of 3 cars and we thought we were going to have to find street parking for 2 of them. To our surprise and delight there was garage space for 2 cars and driveway space for the third. This made our day upon arrival! The only disappointing thing for us was that you basically share the front porch/balcony with the unit next door, and unfortunately we couldn’t really use our porch too much because the people next door were always out there, were always loud, and were always smoking, and not just cigarettes. We understand that this was beyond the owner’s control however. One small suggestion would be to add USB outlets throughout the condo, in lamps for instance. We had a tough time charging our phones throughout the weekend. Overall, the condo is spectacular and we highly recommend.

A wonderful place right on the beach! Comfortable mattresses, pillows, and. blankets. Great view. Clean and Karen was very responsive!

Brigantine Breeze We loved EVERYTHING about this condo! This second- floor walk up unit, with 2 parking spaces was immaculate. There are two bedrooms; two bathrooms; a kitchen; a living room with a pull-out sofa & chair; and a balcony. Each room has a TV, including the kitchen. The decor was perfect (beach themed with a Christmas tree in the living room). The owners were very accommodating and responsive. We would recommend staying here at any time of the year!

We enjoyed our stay at Michael’s place. It’s in a good location,clean and comfortable. Michael was very accommodating and quick to reply to our messages. Highly recommend!

This is the absolute best location….on the beach but close to all the restaurants and shopping. Nice, clean condo… very quiet and peaceful. Stephanie went out of her way to make everything just perfect!

Perfect place for a weekend getaway! Easy to find and just a quick walk to the boardwalk and resteraunts. Alana sent clear instructions on checking in and when I did have a question, she responded in minutes. Condo was artfully decorated, clean, and well stocked. We especially enjoyed the deck with tall comfortable furnishing making it easy to enjoy the ocean front view. IMO, the hidden gem was the front balcony off the master bedroom where you could enjoy the sound of the live bands playing down the street! I am already planning on coming back in the spring!

This was a great place to stay! It is close to the aquarium and downtown restaurants. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the bathtub was large! It was very easy to get to, and I felt safe in the area. I would book here again!

I had a great time at Rob's place! The house is very close to the beach and several restaurants in Douglas downtown. It was raining this weekend but there was still a lot to do in Douglas-Fennvillle-Saugatuck area. Really appreciated the well stocked kitchen, thoughtful recommendations and dog-friendly neighborhood!

Right time. Quiet. The little Minmar across the street had great food. Would definitely go back.

We really enjoyed our stay in Horseshoe Valley, and appreciated the pre-friendly accomodations! Ranka's place was absolutely beautiful, well maintained, and clean! We especially loved the beautiful paths around the condo, and the jacuzzi tub in the suite! Unfortunately the pool was not open when we visited due to maintenance, however Ranka was very kind to notify us in advance. To keep busy during the off-season (we visited in November), we went to the Vetta Nordic spa, visited the small local town of Orillia, and went hiking at the local Copeland Forest! I definitely recommend the local restaurants Loobies for a delicious breakfast, and Crazy Horse Sports Bar, which has live music on Saturday nights. If you are visiting Orillia, definitely check out Mariposa Market on the main street, and Scout Trail for hiking!

Incredible location just a short walk from Blue Mountain village with a great view of the ski hills. Especially spectacular at night when the hills are lit up.

We loved Mark’s apartment with both views for sunrise and sunset. We had everything we needed from the beginning and Mark was easy to reach throughout the stay. This spot will stay in our top choices to rent. Thank You for providing a great place to vacation.

Stayed at this condo for Oceans Calling—which was about 3 miles away. It was tidy and welcoming and fit our needs well.

We have family in the area so we stayed for the weekend at Roger’s bayside condo, it was updated, clean, modern and super cozy! Even better, had great views and a great location just over the bridge. It also had everything we needed. Note: the master is a loft (open without walls) but this worked perfectly for us since we were family staying together and didn’t need extra privacy. Can’t wait to stay here again, I felt it was the best value for the area!

My family had a wonderful time. We were told about the bears that possibly be around. Sure enough, we just get parked and out of the car and here comes a bear, strolling down the drive. Loved the scenery, and walking distance to everything. The place was spotless and clean and the bed was very comfortable. Thank you Patty and Jim, for being great hosts and a beautiful place to stay.

Ricky was a great host, very responsive. The room was very clean and there is a book with all the information you’d ever need staying there.
