We arrived at the site, where we were very well served by the owners of the property. What frightened a little was the access to the property with a vehicle, because it is a steep street and the access is not on the level. We leave a day only in the parking lot of the property and after that day we leave on the street that gives access to the descent, without major problems. The house is extremely comfortable and well organized. It has a large TV in the living room and a nice dining table. The two bedrooms have, in total, two double houses and three single beds, all of which are also comfortable. The kitchen is small but you can prepare all meals smoothly. From the kitchen that has the beautiful view of the Basilica. The bathroom was also well cleaned and has a large box. The place is also close to the old church and the beginning of the walkway to the sanctuary. Anyway, apart from the fact that the parking of the property is a bit difficult to access, we only have reason to go back (which we already considered).

We had a great stay. Mr. Afonso was very attentive, the times I needed to talk to him was very quick to return to me, we had an undertaking in the apartment plus Mr. Afonso sought to solve the problem quickly. Very clean apartment, its furniture and utensils all very well maintained, great location, porters and the trustee also very attentive to all of us. Super recommended this apartment. we love the space of the Vladi, very clean apartment, very fresh, well equipped kitchen of dishes, we did not miss anything, in the room there was a hairdryer and iron, I found this the most, plus space to store the clothes, had a large rack and mirror, mattress and pillows great tbm, lavandeira with clothes, great this tbm, the owner only does not provide bed and bath linens, but this does not disturb the stay at all, each one takes yours and ready, always clean pool, very nice place with garden and tables, nearby market, and you can walk to the beach of Lázaro, Sununga and Domingas, these 3 beaches are beautiful! Super recommend the place of Vladi, the communication with him is excellent, with the Solange that takes care of the condominium tbm, when we return to Ubatuba, it is definitely where we will return, great cost-benefit!!! We stay for 4 days and we have nothing to complain about! It was all Top!!!

Our stay was quiet, the view and location of the apartment are all good. Next to the best beaches, also with several options of restaurants, snack bars, markets, shops. Walk the night there is super quiet, ... all very cool. We were well served, Rafael always request it. Thanks too much, we'll be back soon. I highly recommend it!

It was a quiet and comfortable stay, such a clean and cozy place I felt at home. I would easily live there lol. Christiane has been very requested about everything we need, the check in instructions was very well explained we had no problem. Beaches are very close and extremely beautiful. It's super worth it and we'll be back for sure.

I went with 4 children, they felt at home. The house very clean and organized. the wonderful big pool. for those who will spend a lot of days that neither, there is no washing machine, miss only this kkkkkk. But I thank Gisele and André for their attention all the moments I needed they answered me quickly. everything perfect.
