Our stay with Juliana was perfect! Since before we made the reservation until the end of the trip, she was extremely kind and polite, answering our doubts quickly, answering our requests and giving us hints at all times. We went in 5 people and the house served us perfectly, the beds were comfortable, all very well cared for and clean. The location of the apartment, despite being at the beginning of a dirt street, is close to the beach (+/-10 min walk), close to grocery stores, pharmacies and close to the highway that makes it easy to get out to other beaches of Ubatuba. I am very grateful to Juliana and her mother for the hospitality with me and my family and I hope to return soon.

I already have the custom of going to Pindamonhangaba to spend the holidays, but this was my first Airbnb experience. And I can say it was a great stay! The host Marcelo was very attentive from the first contact to our check-out. The apartment was clean, very organized and according to what is in the description. The place is close to the center, so leaving by car, in a few minutes is already close to the supermarkets, bakeries and shops. Super recommend staying at Marcelo's apartment!

I went with my family and we felt at home, all very clean and pleasant, super cozy!! Nothing is missing in the house, super organized!!! Delicious Pool in Condo with BBQ Grill!!! Quiet Condominium!!! We were able to enjoy, Tamar project and aquarium very close!!! By car but 5 maximum 10 minutes from Feirinha, mts options of restaurants, amusement park, beach lighthouse!!! And super practical and fast host!!! We hope to come back again and again!!!

Home as per description and photos. We like it very much. From booking to check in, easy instructions and a very neat house. We felt we were “at home”. I recommend it and when you return for sure will be an option.

We love everything! The building is clean, quiet and noisy. The pools are well taken care of and have for the little ones, my children loved it. The building is close to the beach, in a quiet place. Hosts Gisele and André are very caring and kind. From the first contact we answered our questions and were helpful to our needs. The house was properly organized and clean, everything we needed for a stay of 8 adults and 1 child for 4 days was available and the improvement points informed by us were promptly heard and made available to improve for the next stays. The location of the property is easy to walk to Pereque Acu beach (15 minutes walk) and by car easy access to the beachfront (route used to access the other beaches).

Hi guys, I highly recommend, Fábio was very attentive with us, responded quickly and everything was clean and tidy, great facilities, and super comfortable, can go without fear, it's close to the main beaches.
