Love this place! Huge and so much space. Cleaners were still there when we arrived after the check out time which was fine but everything went so smoothly and the house was a lot bigger than we anticipated.

A lovely spot to stay on a very busy weekend. Walking distance to the beach and close to the action when we wanted it to be. Clean and tidy and good amenities. Good communication and clear instructions helped a lot.

We used Joss and Wayne's place for a team building retreat. It was perfect. Plenty of bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen for our self-catering, beautiful and peaceful surroundings. Joss and Wayne were great hosts - showed us where everything was and then left us to it. As well as the great kitchen, there was also a lovely outside area with a BBQ for relaxing at night. Great venue. Would highly recommend.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The tennis court and pool were well used. Lots of space to play other lawn games. The pizza oven and smoker were fantastic. Water pressure was great. Far enough away from town for some peace, but close enough to travel to get the essentials. The only downside was a little bit of road noise at certain times of the day.

Easy to work with the landlady as we were a very late notice booking, and very accommodating for extension if required. Highly recommended.

Fabulous place to stay! Great location. The house was very clean and tidy. Well equipped kitchen with every thing you need. There is a lovely outdoor area out the front and the spa was a luxury. There are three good sized bedrooms, the beds are quite firm, but fine for a short stay. Gina and George are so kind and welcoming. We really enjoyed our stay and would love to stay again!

My partner and I enjoyed our 3 night stay here. Had everything and more that we needed. Loved the location , privacy and the use of the spa pool. Definitely recommend.

Out of every place we stayed in New Zealand, this was by far our favorite. It was very clean, modern, spacious, great location, and the views were priceless. When we come back to NZ we will definitely stay here again. What an incredible place.

Beautifully appointed home tucked away in a scenic locale with easy access to all of Rotorua’s attractions. Quality of fittings and furnishing was top notch and we felt like we had the whole place to ourselves, even though the 3 neigbouring villas were occupied at the time we were there. Private tubs were a bonus for stargazing at night.

Great to deal with the host, just everything was perfect. Flexible check in and check out process with great communication. The place was spotless and beds are very comfortable. One of the best air bnb places that we ever tried. We will definitely come back again.

Awesome place! Everything you need plus more! Pierre and Susan are incredible hosts and we’ve probably had the best breakfast ever! Pierre is a fantastic cook and we had dinner there one of our evenings and it was fabulous! They really go out of their way to make us feel welcome!

We stayed here with a group of our friends. The space was perfect for a large number of people. Lots of beds and bedrooms. Such a good location. Owners were super thoughtful and had the cleaners leave the aircon on for us. Just a great spot for a weekend stay in Hamilton 😊

This place is absolutely INCREDIBLE! I can't recommend it enough. We booked it for a night for a hens party and the look on guests faces when they arrived was priceless. Such a hidden gem in Katikati, and well worth the drive there if you are considering staying. The house was spectacular and so accommodating to a large group of people, with a lovely courtyard for outdoor activities. The little cottages were also a lovely surprise for guests and so well maintained. Laura's communication was also excellent. I would love to visit again one day. . . and stay for a week!

The Villa is super stunning and rustic with all and more than needed ammenities. Our group thoroughly enjoyed spending an evening here. Laura was also super helpful and quick with communication and clear instructions. Definitely would love to go back for a longer stay and possibly even make use of the space for events. Amazing spot with so many positives. Peaceful, stunning star filled clear sky, comfortable beds and relaxing baths. Additional extras like the Bluetooth speaker, fun games, eggs, avocados and marshmallows 😁 Great place to escape your busy life but still a bit of luxury.

Oh my goodness, what a stay! We loved staying at Rest at Rahu! Corrie's instructions were very accurate to find the spot and she kindly left us some brownies and breakfast bits in the fridge. The location is second to none!!! View was stunning and outside bath was such a luxury!!! We'd stay again in a heartbeat!

Kitchen facilities had everything we needed for a night in to cook and dine overlooking a the most fantastic view. Our host even made our stay extra special with a selection of home baked snacks, including pre made s'mores ready for roasting over the fire pit. We loved the selection of coffee options from Raglan roast to accompany a great morning continental breakfast. The hot tub was amazing to soak in under the stars. Such an amazing little retreat!

We had an amazing stay, it was so peaceful! The hosts are amazing and even left us a nice box of chocolates for Valentines Day 🙂

Mandy and Ben are absolutely wonderful hosts who go above and beyond for their guests. They provided great recommendations for some local craft breweries, went as far as leaving a few cold ones in the fridge as we were late arriving, and had their little daughters bring us down some treats. The property is breathtaking, surrounded by lush green fields and mountain views. Just book the place - you will not be disappointed!
