Er staan twee brede enkele bedden naast elkaar, er is een klein salon en een ruime tafel met een kookhoek. Een babybedje kan bij geplaatst worden. Een doucheruimte omvat ook lavabo en toilet. Buiten is er een privé-terrasje met een ruime tafel. Het terrein is afgesloten, handig voor de hond. Trein en bus brengen u zo naar Brussel en Antwerpen, station vlakbij.

You will have a lovely, groundfloor studio of 30m2 with separate entrance and terrace. Charmingly decorated, warm atmosphere and all the basics for your comfort. Perfect for 1 or 2 people. Just outside the center, everything on walking distance. Lots of grocery shops in the nearby streets. There is a school next to the studio, so on weekdays there might be some noise.

Excellent location for a sightseeing trip to Antwerp. We stayed for a long weekend and found Filip's studio perfect. It has everything you need for a pleasant stay. It is very clean and very nice and the location is perfect to go to the different attractions of the city. Filip is an excellent host, the communication with him went smoothly, he is very friendly and gave us a lot of recommendations not only for places to visit, but also for restaurants and cool cafes to go out.

I thoroughly enjoyed my time at Frederik’s studio. Location is fantastic — walking distance to public transit, grocery store, restaurants, laundry & more. You can get a nice feel for Antwerp just walking around the neighborhood. The studio a beautiful space that was nice to come back to after a day of exploring. I appreciated the fridge and stove, which allowed me to cook some small meals. I also slept very comfortably. I’m mildly sensitive to noise, and while I did hear a bit of the hustle & bustle in the area, it was pretty minimal. The baby is great too! Barely heard her. I did use white noise at night, which could be helpful if you have any sensitivity to noise. Frederik is an amazing host. He provided me with plenty of suggestions on where to find French fries, where to do laundry and even a gym. He also came back the day I checked in to help me with the key despite already being in the middle of his day 🥲 I appreciated that a lot. Highly recommend! Would stay here again.
