This was perfect to bring 3 teenage boys. They loved the layout and being right on the water. It had just what we needed. The only issue was the TVs WiFi not working. I messaged the host but never heard back. Either way we found many things to keep us busy so it didn’t impact our stay. Overall a great place!

My husband and I enjoyed our stay on the boat house celebrating our anniversary. Extremely comfortable, clean, nice kitchen and the views were nice. At night the sunset views were beautiful. We were able to enjoy the local bands playing at the restaurants close buy, while we were grilling outside on the deck. We will definitely be back for another weekend getaway.

Toni was very nice. She went out of her way to make sure we were satisfied with everything. The bed was comfortable and we got a great night's sleep there on the water. Watching the fish jump and pelicans dive as we sat on the front deck was very relaxing.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay! The Airbnb was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. One of the highlights of our trip was renting a boat directly from the hosts—it was an amazing way to explore the area, and they made the process seamless and enjoyable. My husband and I stayed on Vaughn’s houseboat for four nights and we had a great time. The location of the houseboat can’t be beat: you’re close to downtown without being in the middle of all of it and you have complete peace and quiet once you’re back on the boat. It has all the amenities: hot water, a nice shower, awesome seating all over the place, and a comfy bed. Vaughn himself is also super helpful and proactive and an all-around great person. Don’t think twice, this place is a gem!

This was one of the best adventures I've had so far in life. Our houseboat was the perfect place to rest each day and plan the next day's fun. Close enough to Key West to get to do anything you'd want there, far enough away to allow a more peaceful retreat. The fishing was everything I had hoped to experience. The hosts / staff of the marina were incredibly welcoming and kind. There is so much wonderful nature to see and enjoy. We had everything we needed, and when we didn't, the staff helped us out quickly. This was exactly the vacation we needed. Our houseboat wasn't the newest, but the trade off was that we had the best view of the sunrise and the most privacy. I can't say enough good about this place and the people who run it. Thank you, thank you, thank you!
