Our stay was fantastic. Great location and house. Exactly as described and looked just like the photos. Highly recommend to anyone looking to fun a relaxing stay by the lake while close proximity to restaurants and only 25 mins away from downtown Charlotte. Will definitely be back😊

We enjoyed our stay so much! We love the house! The surroundings are beautiful. We even caught some fish in December. Most of our time was spent purely relaxing, and this was a perfect place for that.

We loved our stay! House had everything you could need. It was beautifully decorated and clean. The view of the lake off the screen porch was beautiful. Would highly recommend a stay here!

Staying here was a PERFECT place to enjoy the night while in Charlotte. The house was in a peaceful neighborhood and better than the description. Clean, spacious, and lots of individualized attention, even down to the candy waiting for us upon check-in. We loved it and are looking forward to coming back again next year!

Terra was super responsive, but we really didn’t need much, everything was set up wonderfully. Being able to rent the water toys was such an amazing addition. We will definitely stay here again when we have another family reunion!

Our group loved our time! We loved the area, we loved the neighborhood, and we felt so very at home!

We chose this condo for a girls’ week (plus budget planning for 2025). We wanted a place we didn’t have to leave; somewhere where we could cozy up and enjoy the week - and we did just that! We didn’t leave the condo (except to walk my dog - it’s pet friendly!) all week until the night of the concert we were going to. It was very clean and the kitchen had everything you’d need. Katie was super helpful prior to the trip and during. Very responsive! The fireplace you see in the photos doesn’t work. It was pretty cold the week we were there and it snowed so it would have been nice to have been able to turn that on. Not a huge deal, but just an fyi. Again, Katie was fabulous and I would rent from her again!

We were on the hunt for a quiet, serene spot with a lakefront view to celebrate Valentine's Day, and this place was perfect for us! 😊 Even though the weather wasn't the best, we still had an amazing time and were super happy with everything it offered. John is an awesome host and went above and beyond to accommodate our requests. We'd absolutely love to return in the summertime and fully enjoy the lake! 🌞🏖️
