Great location, 5 min walk form jungja station. View from the apartment was great. Lots of choices for restaurants and convenient stores.

I needed a place to stay due to the construction of the interior of the bathroom in the house, but I used the space and the price satisfactorily ^ ^

I liked that the first and second floors were wider than I thought. It was neatly decorated in a Christmas atmosphere, and there were a lot of friends who didn't bring toothbrushes, but it was so nice to have rice cakes. The first floor of the accommodation is a convenience store, and the nearby restaurant Nizu Cafe is a 2-minute walk away, so I had a good meal without waiting. I think I'll use it again next time!

I was able to rest comfortably. It was a space I wanted to stay again if I had to visit again next time!!

Great location and overall a great place to stay. It is a really good accommodation if only the toilet cover and air conditioner wings are broken.

I visit for three years now, and whenever I come, I always provide a pleasant BnB. When I went this time, it was nice to have a dining table in the master bedroom. Clean toilets and a washing machine that you can use comfortably. Plenty of space. All was good!

Ten minutes from Jeongja Station. The surrounding commercial area is good and the building is not old. However, the size of the room is a little small, and the location of the bed is somewhat bad, but I stayed comfortably.

The condition of the accommodation was so good that I wanted to stay consecutive nights, but due to a schedule change, I had no choice but to stay for one night. The accommodation itself was very clean, cozy, warm, and the bed was so comfortable that I slept soundly every day ~ The shower water pressure was very strong, and the hot water came out right away, and it was nice to have good ventilation and simple food. There was nothing without the surrounding environment, and it was nice to have a grocery store or Swag right in front. If you have a car, there was a gas station right in front, so it was convenient ~ It was a 5-minute walk from Jeongja Station, and it was convenient to do simple laundry ~ I used it so thankfully because you prepared coffee and simple sweets and ramen water ~ It was really convenient because there was toothpaste, soap, shampoo, conditioner, and body soap ~ I plan to stop by again next time I have a chance ~ I rested really well and healed well ~

I originally stayed for two days and stayed at a nearby hotel for two days, but I felt that it was clean and carefully maintained enough to cancel my hotel reservation and stay consecutively.
