Absolutely adorable, had all the amenities I would need. Hosts were very welcoming, thoughtful, and attentive. Felt right at home, the four legged hosts were a bonus : ) I would definitely book again when in the area.

Adlon’s place was very nice. I am in Minnesota for work and I flew my wife up for new years and didn’t want her to have to stay in a hotel while I was working. The place was clean, and had very nice appliances. I would most definitely stay here again.

Great space for groups! Miranda responded quickly to me. I was very thankful she accommodated scent free for me.

This place is so cute! It was comfortable and felt homey! It was a quick trip to visit family and it was cold outside so we didn’t get a chance to explore the immediate area but I would definitely stay here again. You do hear footsteps upstairs but they are fully transparent about that. All in all, an excellent value and cozy place to stay!

Wonderful spot to step into a well-thought-out comfortable and cozy bungalow space with vibes of an old-fashioned lake cottage. Beds are very comfortable and we loved the cute room divider between the beds to offer a little privacy within the shared room. Lots of games, movies, blankets, pillows, kitchen supplies and thoughtful snacks! Quiet residential area on a small lake. Nice view out the windows! Would stay again!

Beth always out does herself. I had previously stayed at her other listing a couple years ago and her dedication to a great stay brought me to this listing for a girls trip. This is the downstairs of her home with a private entrance that she has converted into an apartment. Being below their living space you will hear walking from time to time but that is to be expected. The layout of the space is kind of like an uppercase G but still user friendly. We had two in the queen and one on the sofa bed with no complaints. For the winter she has space heaters, to supplement the single vent, which get quite toasty. She leaves notes everywhere for her guests to know where things are and best practices. The only downside for this listing is the bathroom isn’t plus size friendly, if you’re 300+ lbs you’ll probably struggle navigating the tight space in the bathroom. Otherwise, I will always recommend using either of Beth’s listings. They are my go to anytime I’m traveling to the Twin Cities.

I rented the Bayside retreat for my daughter and I. It was lovely! spacious, clean, all the amenities. My daughter had the bedroom and I took the couch. Probably the most comfortable pull-out couch I've ever slept on. Beautiful bathroom. Very private. Highly recommend.

We had a great stay at Conrade's! Everything was smooth sailing, from booking to check out. The bed was super cozy and place was sparkling clean. A very cozy AirBnB in a fun neighborhood. Loved being so close to Bde Maka Ska and Black Walnut Bakery!

This place was a very nice and cozy place with lots to do nearby and with a wonderful host. The place was super comfortable and welcoming and the host is very nice and friendly. Our host even reached out during a snow event to make sure our car was parked safely off the road and offered additional parking for the weather. I had an excellent experience here. The unit was spacious and comfortable, and the host was awesome. The location may be underrated -- close to the Hiawatha corridor so getting around to ANYWHERE in the Twin Cities is really fast and convenient. The neighborhood has a growing number of cool restaurants, brew pubs, but the unit is on a nice quiet residential street. Five plus stars.

This was our first experience renting an Airbnb and I'm certain they have set the bar very high. Their place is clean, spacious, beautiful, extremely comfortable and felt like being at home. The sheets and comforter were soft and warm, clearly well made. They responded to every message in a short time and in our two in-person interactions were direct and courteous. They clearly take care to make their guests' stay as good as possible, and they succeed. I also appreciate their thorough communication and that their price is more than reasonable given the beauty of the home and neighborhood and the large size of the accommodations.

Beautiful Studio with great amenities and GORGEOUS view of the St. Croix river. On-site relative was very helpful and friendly. We rented for 2 months, staying a few nights a week while in transition between selling our home and moving to a new location nearby. The unit was cozy and offered everything that we needed. Bathroom is a little small for 2 people trying to get ready at the same time, but do-able. Hosts were very communicative and helpful with whatever questions we had. Due to our moving situation, we didn't get to fully utilize the rental as we had planned initially, but the town of Stillwater is just across the river and has great restaurants, shopping and nightlife.

Home away from home. Nice quiet neighborhood filled with charming houses and s lots of neighbors out exercising, walking their dogs and socializing. This is more of a subdivision walkable to cafe’s, restaurants and Target. The shopping center which houses it has other retail places such as Cub Foods, a couple of Nail Salons and T-Mobile. Came in handy when I dropped my phone and cracked the cover. Was able to replace it on the spot. If you catch mass transit there are several bus routes within a 1mile walk as well. If one prefers closer amenities its car accessible and plenary of street parking if needed.

Very comfortable place and very responsive host. Big master bedroom with king bed made it extra comfy, well stocked kitchen, nice TV with Netflicks etc. Host was always on top of things. We would stay again!

My partner and I stayed for a weekend while visiting Minneapolis and it was amazing!! The place was very nice and had everything that we needed. Caleb was very responsive and accommodating for all of our needs. He was even proactive in letting us know about the snow emergency! Would recommend to everyone!!

We loved this little spot. It was in a safe neighborhood close to the airport and had private garage parking. Even though the apartment was attached to the main house it felt very private. We never heard or saw anyone else. It was very clean and so warm and cozy when we arrived. We will definitely stay again! Thanks!

My husband and I had a great night away! We had grand plans to go out on the town but once inside the cozy Airbnb , we decided DoorDash, shower and movies! It was the perfect night!

place was cozy and just as described. amenities were as described and all in good shape. the pull out bed was comfortable as well. the double shower was a really nice feature. definitely worth a second stay

Bob was a great host with great communication and very flexible. He was very accommodating to our needs and made the whole stay smooth and comfortable. Great little spot for the price! He even had little extras like toothbrushes and basics in the refrigerator.
