Great welcome, flexible check-in. Very clean and well-equipped accommodation, functional. Home that fits into a natural setting. Beautiful landscapes! Would I highly recommend it? !

We enjoyed our stay very much! Perfect place to stay for hiking, visiting Annecy, and loads of summer activities in la clusaz and le grand bornand. Martin has been a great host, very helpful. I had not understood beforehand that there is a cat living in the apartment, since i am allergic it got me a bit worried but Martin took care of making the place super clean so i didnt have any issue. Thanks!

We were hosted very well by Raphael who also gave us very good advice on walks and other points of interest around the accommodation. Raphael was available and responsive during our stay. Very clean and well-equipped accommodation. The location is ideal, both close to Lake Annecy and in a peaceful and secluded location. Access to the services of the residence (swimming pool, children's games, sauna...) is a plus. The view from the balcony is sublime!

The listing in a very clean paradise location matches the even more beautiful photo in front I arrived with an infant she set up all the essentials for baby cot toys baby chair ect I highly recommend it and thank you a thousand times for hosting us Best regards

christine's place is impeccable, everything is well thought out. we were welcomed by Nathalie a real really adorable pearl. and what about the location I fell in love with it between lake and mountain we had snow with my children we had stars in our eyes. we recommend this place and just beautiful place

Easy exchanges and contact with Cathy who was attentive to our requests. The apartment is located in a relaxing and quiet area. Just a shame that the indoor (heated) and outdoor pools are closed on Wednesdays and Sundays off high season but in the end it doesn't matter as much (too much) to discover in the area for those who love nature and landscapes changing with daily walks.

Peggy was welcoming during our weekend around Annecy. She made herself available and flexible with our check-in and check-out times. She was able to recommend local activities and must-see places during our stay. In addition , various touches were present in the studio, which is always a pleasure. The accommodation was functional, very clean and well-equipped. Also, having breakfast facing the mountain was more than pleasant! We would highly recommend this host! Spacious and comfortable space that matches the listing with friendly services. Very responsive host and easy access to the accommodation + parking. Apartment in the heart of the city center next to the casino going with some noise disturbances. Great stay overall.

Great stay, Fabrice was helpful and communicative. Easy 12 minute drive to downtown. The stairs inside are a bit steep so be mindful of how able-bodied your group is (although there is a downstairs bedroom that can sleep 2).

The accommodation is very nice and warm very well equipped and convenient with children. Everything is very well thought out.

We had a wonderful stay with our family, Arnaud was really helpful with local information and really made us feel welcome, the house was as per the pictures and a great place to stay and base to explore Annecy would highly recommend!
