Villa vacation rentals in Annecy

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Annecy. The property was the ideal base for our week, with a short walk to lake beach and easy access to amenities. The house was clean and well presented and although one of the toilets was broken on arrival, Nathalie quickly organised a repair for the next morning. Would highly recommend.

Beautiful villa , quiet , well equipped , very friendly terrace, very clean accommodation... we had a very pleasant stay close to the center of the village of Chanaz and Lac du Bourget ... we enjoyed the disconnection.

Angeline is welcoming and friendly, we had very good exchanges, with recommendations on nearby activities and restaurants. Her house is as described, clean and functional. Located in a quiet and peaceful environment.

Wonderful and comfortable house in a beautiful and peaceful surrounding, with an amazing host. Particularly recommended for families with kids. Location: Serene and beautiful surroundings, inside a private compound in the hills of Chambéry, while still being within walking distance from the center. Lots of privacy, with no direct views of any houses. Ideal for someone trying to escape the hustle and bustle of the city center. House and Amenities: Beautiful architect-designed house (just like in the pictures) with new and comfortable amenities. Very well equipped for long stays, with everything you need for cooking, washing, etc. Host: Brigitte was an amazing host, welcoming us on the first day and remaining extremely available and responsive to all questions and needs we had. She was sweet and caring, and genuinely concerned about our well-being and enjoyment of our vacation. Truly our home away from home. The most deserved 5-star review I've done in a while.

Christine and her husband's house is very spacious, pleasant, beautiful light, well-equipped. Not far from Annecy and places of interest. We had a great time with the family.

Ideal house for our family reunion! We enjoyed the many amenities and especially in the kitchen (sometimes succinct), the space and pleasant comfort of the rooms, the bathrooms, the modern and old decoration, a large TV screen, the general cleanliness, the small attention of the owner, the good hospitality compromise (concierge and linens provided) and the Airbnb concept is very well thought out for tourists. The lake views are stunning! Exchanges with the concierge were very fluid and responsive. The location is perfect for exploring the region. This house has a lived experience and we were happy to be part of it. We recommend without moderation!

We all enjoyed our stay and the house was beautiful, especially the space afforded both inside and out. Chrystele was a very good host and everything went well. Not sure what more I can say. We would definitely return.

Amazing stay, would totally recommend and book again.

We were on a family holiday with a mixture of adults and kids and babies. Cecile’s place was great for our holiday. It is very well located, it was a 5min walk to a small group of shops that had restaurants and a beautiful patisserie, 5min walk to a supermarket, 5min walk to restaurants on the lake, 5min walk to multiple bustops and a bus top right outside but most importantly only 5min walk to the beach and is a lovely walk through a reserve. The old town is also walking distance about 30min along a beautiful lake front promenade. The house itself is spacious with a large living area in open plan and a balcony. It also has a large backyard which our kids loved playing in. The only downside for us would be that the upstairs bedrooms were rather warm while we were there but we still all slept well and it probably wasn’t appropriate for under 5 year olds with various ornaments and 3 levels of stairs. Thank you Cecile, our family will have great memories of our stay in Annecy.

Excellent spot for a large group! Lots of cozy space for hanging out and all the amenities for cooking large meals. It’s quite remote so difficult to get to if you don’t have a car, but there’s small cute bakery for bread.

Our stay at this beautiful home was an unforgettable experience! The house itself is stunning and makes you feel at home the moment you walk in. The highlight is definitely the incredible view! But also the location is perfect, so close to Annecy and with lots to do in the beautiful surroundings. Flore was incredibly attentive and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. Would definitely recommend!

Great check-in. Owner allowed for early check-in once the house was available. The kitchen was well equipped. The pool was a nice size. The yard was expansive for our children to play. The outdoor dining area was great - it was mostly shaded the entire day. We ate both lunch and dinner outside when we dined in. The bathrooms were a bit small but worked for us. The town of Annecy was busier than we thought it would be so that was a disappointment. We only went into town once. If we return, we may try to stay further away from Annecy. To get to the lake, we just walked through the back yard of another property of the owner. So, it takes a couple minutes to either walk to the lake or walk bikes to the path. Note: bikes are no longer provided for guests due to liability concerns. It took about 5 minutes to drive to the beach (Plage Municipale). There was sufficient onsite parking. We drove up the mountains on either side of the lake to hike, which was nice

Spacious house (with 13 of us, we didn't step on each other's toes). Well-equipped. Well-placed for the lake and mountain. In rainy weather the kids enjoyed the ping-pong and foosball.

Feedback We were here on a family vacation (with 2 children and grandma) and were totally thrilled! The house has a great location with a fantastic view of the lake, which can be reached in no time by car or bike. The furnishings are very tasteful and nothing is missing. Especially the kids were nonstop in the pool, which is a real highlight. And also the communication worked smoothly and Sylvie was super friendly and helpful. Absolutely recommended!

This is a great house - well equipped, spacious and in a beautiful location. Gil met us there and was very helpful in providing info about the local area. Supermarket 5 mins away, and around 15-20 mins to get into the beautiful town of Annecy. The third bedroom is on the lower floor, which could be tricky with younger kids, but my 15 year old enjoyed the privacy. Excellent hosts, great stay.

It was very comfortable and convenient. Located in a peaceful neighborhood close to the lake. The host, Eli, was very considerate, kind, and always willing to help. I would definitely love to come again.

We had a great time in Arvière-en-Valromey in Sarah and Claude's cottage to celebrate my in-laws' 60th birthday, surrounded by the whole family: children, grandchildren and even great-grandchildren! The cottage was ideal for accommodating everyone: spacious, warm and very well-equipped. The setting is beautiful, peaceful, perfect for meeting and creating beautiful memories. Thanks to the hosts for hosting and availability. A beautiful interlude in the middle of nature that we won't soon forget! Our family weekend went very well. We were greeted by Max at the time we had agreed. He was able to give us the necessary instructions for the smooth running of our stay. Our granddaughters were able to spend a beautiful morning at Domaine des Fauves, close to the house and we ended our little getaway with a picnic by Lake Aiguebelette for everyone's enjoyment. Thanks to Max for hosting us and for the promptness to answer our questions.
