Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Annay-sur-Serein

Beautiful house. Large bedrooms, large bathrooms, very nice dining room and superb kitchen. A lean-to allows you to park three cars. Very nice fireplace and sheltered barbecue that allowed us to grill meat on December 28th. There are really hygiene products, really enough cleaning products for the duration of the stay. Agnes has nice touches that await us upon arrival. We had a great time!

Great spot great location

We had a very pleasant stay: a real haven of peace, peaceful and we enjoyed the Nordic bath (especially with the cool temperatures)! The accommodation is very functional, very well equipped and charming. Jennifer and her husband are extremely kind hosts and very concerned that the stay goes smoothly. And we spent some time with Jennifer for a really awesome yoga class! Thanks again and we'll be back for sure!

A quiet stay with friends. Jean-Louis welcomed us extremely well, with great sympathy. The house is large, spacious and airy with large windows that bring in a beautiful light. And the kitchen is very well equipped. Perfect! Thank you very much!

All the directions were clear, the check-in and check-out went well. The house is very large, with convenience: equipped kitchen + small appliances, washing machine, dry dryer if needed and all cleaning products, and also comfort: games and books available, blankets ... Loved staying in John’s house. It’s spacious, warm (we were there in October), cozy and charming. Great bathroom, good beds, good kitchen and cozy living room with a fireplace. Couldn’t have been nicer! We were four adults for a week, enjoying Flavigny and surrounding towns.

3 days spent in this cottage to discover Lake Settons and its surroundings. The cottage was very warm when we arrived because the stove was lit beforehand. We were lucky to have sun in February. Very pleasant stay.

Corinne's apartment is very nice, tastefully decorated the decor mixes the modern and the old, bright. The kitchen is well equipped. We can't be more in the center of Avallon, all the shops downstairs from the building and the free parking is less than 200 meters away, you can go there without a second thought

A beautiful property with some fabulous features.

Impeccable! Small peaceful haven, very cozy. Special mention for the decoration and the small touches (very cute breakfast dinnerware, quality soaps, wood stove ready as soon as we arrived…). Recommended!

Very well decorated accommodation,impeccable cleanliness, spacious, very well equipped kitchen, very comfortable bedding, very welcoming host, peaceful place. The downsides: toilet in the RC but bathroom on the 1st, no small terrace, no separation between the beds in the living room and the mezzanine, no wifi. We only stayed there for a short night so it wasn't an inconvenience, but the price might be a little overpriced for a longer stay.

Very well located and very pleasant accommodation. Perfect equipment whether for cooking or relaxing. We'll be happy to go back!

We were hosted very well, the accommodation is impeccable, it is very quiet which allows us to sleep well. I would recommend it without a problem because a place like this has this price, it's unique. We have to go back to this area in the year and we will return to Alain's place Béatrice and Eric

This place is wonderful! The pictures really don’t do it justice. The pool is fabulous and the peace and quiet and the views make it the perfect spot for a relaxing break. The bedrooms were all generous sizes. The place is very rural (great for walks and runs) but that adds to its charm.

How lucky you came across such responsive and accessible hosts! Elise and Cédric accompanied us throughout the booking process, answering our many questions and offering us solutions if necessary. We loved our we of pacs ( we were 23 adults), and even more loved the amenities already available in the house, perfect for a thunder Olympiad! Thanks again for making this a magical moment. Such a fab find! Fabulous decor and extremely well equipped. So great to discover this beautiful part of France. We loved everything about Sophie’s Sheepfold!! Would definitely recommend!

Excellent rental to party and occupy a large group of people all day

Very nice cottage in a beautiful, relaxing, soothing, exotic setting (river next door, animals next door ) and safe park for children with trampoline and ping pong table. The hosts welcomed us warmly and were available to answer any questions we had. The house is warm and typical (home of the workers of the old forge), well equipped, clean, well thought out and perfectly suited for 9 people. We'll be back on sunny days! We strongly recommend!
