Cristina’s place was awesome! It was just what we needed to make a quick stopover on our roadtrip to DC. The flexible and easy self check-in worked well for our schedule. The home was super clean and neat. Cristina had the heat on before we arrived so the warmth and cosiness was so welcoming especially after a long day of traveling. Will definitely recommend. Great stay! Good safe area that’s really easy to get into the city.

The space was more than big enough to accommodate us. I slept well and my family did as well. We enjoyed ourselves and appreciated having the place all to ourselves.

We loved this home in Takoma Park. There were plenty of bedrooms and the beds were very comfy. The kitchen was fabulous and was the place the family hung out together to cook, eat, visit and laugh. Location was fabulous and offered easy access to so many sights, events, restaurants and shopping. Sara made communication really easy and quickly answered our questions. It really was a perfect home for our family gathering to celebrate Thanksgiving. We hope to return soon!

apartment was terrific - great location, super clean, great amenities!

This was the perfect place for our large group to stay while visiting DC! Just walking distance from Rock Creek Park and DuPont Circle, the location is perfect. The beds were comfortable and we had plenty of space to have several couples in one place, enjoy dinner together and hang in the living room. Other highlights included the perfect water pressure in the shower and that our pup was able to join us! Would absolutely come back and stay again the next time we visit.

Tha property was so beautiful and spacious. Jennifer was responsive and accommodatimg. We felt very welcome. The neighborhood was very nice and close by to restaurants and tourist attractions.

TODD’S is KING! We have been searching for our new home & have stayed in 2 of their buildings. TODDs’ customer service has been fast, reliable & friendly! TODD’s has made us feel relaxed & welcomed during our visits. Our cat feels at home here, too! He has been anxious in other Abnbs, so it’s a great benefit. Their units are clean & stocked with essentials — like bathroom, laundry & kitchen supplies. The bed is super comfy as is the living room couch. The TV is large & U can stream your favorite channels. They even supply a safe — for your valuables — and an ironing board & iron for that quick press! A big closet, too! We have very much appreciated TODD’S staff for many reasons. They WANT to help & they WANT their guests happy. They went out of their way to help us elongate our stay, when we realized we needed more time! They kindly juggled other reservations to ensure we could stay longer. Such a pleasant surprise & experience! We recommend TODD’s highly!

Patricia and Guillaume’s home and the grounds are absolutely lovely. Huge floor to ceiling windows out to the large yard in back. Big kitchen, great patio for barbequing, amazing pool with all the chairs, loungers, and floaties you need. Ping pong, pool table, comfortable, super clean, and really felt like you were invited into someone’s special place. This home is even better than what the photos and listing describe. The hosts are friendly, helpful, gracious, and excellent communicators. Highly recommend.

Eiman’s place was a perfect fit for a small retreat we held for our business! Everyone was so in love with the place, inside and out. Great vibes and sunlight. Amazing to be right in the woods. Eiman was very responsive and helpful when we had a few questions. Great place and host! Highly recommended.

We had a reunion retreat in the perfect place. The house is beautiful. We enjoyed the pool & theatre room. The kitchen is awesome. Ben is the perfect host.

If you are looking for a location that is close to everything you need from grocery (Wegmans), Pharmacy (CVS), movies (AMC), to restaurants (several, I went to Nandos and Badass coffee) this place is for you. Very walkable. The unit was clean and spacious without a lot of clutter. It's also walking distance to the metro yellow line and just 5 stops to DCA if you prefer that over taking Uber/Lyft. This a great spot to stay if you plan to visit DC or just stay around town as Alexandria VA is a nice city by itself. If this spot is available, get it before I do because I plan to visit again and choose this location. The host is also super nice and responsive.

Jillian’s apartment was just what I needed for a quick stay in DC. The place was clean and had everything I needed. I didn’t do any cooking there but there was a nice coffee maker. Bed was comfortable and so was the TV room with a good couch. It is a basement apartment so there isn’t much in the way of windows or natural light, but I didn’t spend any time in the day there. Also keep in mind it is a solid 15-minute walk to the metro, so I ended up mostly getting an Uber to downtown (which was easy). Overall, a great spot for a short visit to DC!

Such a cute place, full of great touches that make a stay easy. Came to help grad school daughter recover from Wisdom teeth surgery. She stayed in Queen bed back bedroom; i slept on couch. After setting up and brealing down couch bed twice, just removed back cushions and used sheet set and it worked even better. So many great touches from extra fluffy pillows, extra blankets and throws, and multiple sheet sets (alas no cotton ones) to two different coffee pots for morning coffee. Even Britta pitcher in the fridge! And Dawn has exquisite taste in pictures, statues, paintings to make the place feel warm and welcoming without falling into clutter. The insulation between floors may be the best I've experienced in four visits to DC: we heard muffled pitter patter and not much else. But the reason to stay is mostly the double shower in the bathroom -- huge, tall, and lovely. Everything was super clean and Dawn was warm and responsive with all communications. A wonderful experience.

Natasha is a warm, attentive, and responsive host. The space was very nice with all amenities to make one feel at home in the city. The home and host are very welcoming of dogs, so it is an ideal place to stay for dog families. Natasha would be our first choice for a place to stay in Washington DC!

Enjoyable girls weekend away! Great location and accommodations for our stay. The home is 5 minutes from The National Harbor and Tanger Outlets. About 25 minutes to DC or Alexandria. Beautifully decorated home in a semi-private setting with two separate rental areas - the upstairs has 4 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms and the downstairs has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The bathrooms upstairs have wonderful rain showers which we enjoyed. The floors were so clean that I felt comfortable walking around in bare feet. The beautiful wall murals were perfect backdrops for group photos. Would consider staying here again. Thank you Crystal!

A very nice host who is proactive about communication made this a very comfortable stay. Surrounded by a nice community which is peaceful and quiet yet still close to restaurants and local attractions. Very easy to navigate into DC for events. This place is a great value for frequent visitors to the area.

Everything was great from entry to location to parking. There were no problems at all. Plan to stay again
