Excellent stay apart from strict non-veg norms. Though she won’t be cross checking by frequent unwanted visits by caretaker, only thing she demands is no non-veg inside home. Caretaker Mr. Murugan is so polite and true professional to his job. Minimal calling and great response whenever we tried contacting. Flexible with check in and check out. Apartment is Well secured in very busy area by professional security guards. Ample Carl parking available within the compound. Reputed paediatricians and doctors available within walkable distance Just 50 mtrs walk from Thirivanmiyur Bus stand. Overall great stay

We had a comfortable stay at this place. It is very conveniently located with all amenities available at walking distance. Sumi was very responsive at all times and made sure we had everything we needed during our stay. The place is spacious with big rooms and everything was provided as per description. It has elevator access as well which was required for us, due to my mom’s surgery. We didn’t have any problem during our stay. I recommend this place for anyone looking for a cozy comfortable.

Jude’s place was exactly what I needed when visiting with my mother. Clean place with extra pillows. Location was perfect for my work within Chromepet. Worth the money. Will definitely stay next time and recommend it to people who need a house in Chromepet.

Lovely place, too spacious for our needs: 4 full bathrooms and 3 bedrooms, but we only used two for our trip with two young kids. AC is only in the bedrooms and they cool down the room fast once you run it with the fan. My kids were thrilled with the Cars/Lightning McQueen stickers on the dressers, and also enjoyed the children's books and board games in the sitting room area. Maid comes to take care of the dishes, sweeping, cleaning, and laundry (optional). Caretaker lives in the apartment across and can provide meals if asked (separately paid for, but 100% recommend). Full kitchen was also available for vegetarian cooking. Only downsides were getting to/from the apartment and the noise at night. There's road work and closures so best to go by scooty or auto. The apt is on the ground floor so lots of traffic and people noise. Radha was super responsive and willing to extend our stay when our travel plans changed. Overall we would definitely stay here again.

One of the best findings on the ecr beach side.. Xavier was an absolute friendly host.. Good things about my stay was.. A peaceful private entire flat to you.. Rooms are clean.. Wifi is fast.. Always responsive host.. Place at the centre of all attractions.. Definitely recommend it..

Raswi’s place is very spacious, clean and had all the listed amenities. We stayed for a week and the location was conveniently located especially Apollo hospital where had come for medical treatment. The co-host, Mr. Vincent and help, Mr. Milton were very responsive to all our needs even sometimes at odd hours. I would highly recommend his place and proudly say, the times we stayed went by so quick without any problem.

My stay at Mimani’s Haven was truly exceptional. We felt very comfortable and the apartment is beautifully maintained. The space was clean, cozy and was well equipped with everything we needed. Mrs Sunitha is very responsive and clearly cares about her guests , we had an issue with one of the doors and it was fixed within 20 minutes. The apartment is located in the heart of Chennai, it is a fantastic area and we felt safe there at all times. I would highly recommend Mimani’s Haven to anyone looking for an enjoyable getaway.

This is one of the best places to stay. The place looked the same like the photos. The host and caretaker were responsive and helpful. We stayed as a group of friends. Would recomend to anyone who looks for a great apartment with all amenities.
