We enjoyed our stay at Brad & Sarah’s timeshare condo! It was a convenient location on the East side of Kauai and the property had nice amenities. We especially loved how comfortable the bed was! We will be back one day on our next trip to the island. 😊

We loved this condo! Wake up to sounds of the ocean and views of the Na Pali coast. The bed is comfortable, the AC worked well, and the small kitchenette was useful. The airbnb is on a resort, which had a beautiful pool, small gym, and great restaurant. There is access to an amazing beach, and it’s in a beautiful neighborhood that is close to lots of activities in the area. The restaurant on site was reasonably priced (Hawai’i is very expensive!) and the staff at the resort were very helpful. We would definitely stay here again.

We had an amazing stay at Jennifer's place! The room was clean and comfortable, and the resort and amenities were great too. We loved that it was right by the ocean and really enjoyed being able to see the sunrise by the beach. Jennifer has been very kind, accommodating, and very responsive. Highly recommend this spot for anyone who wants to stay in Kauai!

We had a great stay at Gregory and Elizabeth's apartment. It was actually better than the pictures and the resort area was amazing. We traveled with small children and the place and surrounding areas were perfect for families and the access to the beach was a big plus. Gregory and Elizabeth were very proactive with communication and got back to us immediately after we asked them some questions. We would love to come back next time we visit Kauai.

Wonderful place to stay in Kauai. Beautiful ocean front view. We enjoyed the amenities at the resort including the beach and the pool. Pictures are accurate. Room and bathroom is on the smaller side but had all the essentials that we needed. Would highly recommend this place!

We had a great stay at Bali Hai Villas. This was a perfect place to stay with young children - the on-site pools, games, activities, food trucks, & fitness center were awesome!! Our kids enjoyed feeding the koi fish. Concierge & the front desk were helpful, but not overbearing with anything. A rental car is definitely needed as this is almost an hour from Lihue airport, but I would not call this location remote. There were many other resorts/condos, restaurants, stores, etc. very close by. The value/price was very fair! We had another place to stay initially that fell through, but am very glad that happened because this stay was awesome for us!

My husband and I had an excellent stay. Amenities was available to anticipate guest needs in such a thoughtful and considerate way, from the sunscreen and after sun gel to the q-tips and cotton balls. The master bed was comfortable (we didn't use the guest bed), and the space clean, bright, and overall lovely and warm. David was positively communicative and kind. An excellent host. Being that it was only my husband and I, we didnt utilise the guest bedroom. I noted one of the other reviews mentioned the guest bedroom did not have an AC vent. This is no longer an issue with a single unit added to the room. An example of David's responsiveness and commitment to facilitating a beautiful stay.

This unit is beautifully renovated and extremely well maintained. The view can’t be beat anywhere on the island and the location is conveniently located between the north and south shores. The walking/biking path is directly o in front of the resort and is great way to start or end the day or to use to walk to the many shops and restaurants nearby. Shirley was extremely helpful in answering any questions that we had. The kitchen is outfitted with every dish and utensil and appliance that you could ever need. We highly recommend this unit!

This place was actually better than I expected. Nice and clean, conveniently located, with a view of the ocean and easy access to the beach. Only complaint is there was one air conditioning unit for the whole place and it was located in the living room, which didn't reach the bedroom well enough to keep it comfortably cool but the fans helped.

This was my first time in Princeville and my first time in Kauai! Even though there were some mishaps with my guest since she couldn’t come I was close to going home early, but wasn’t looking forward to the plane again. I already had my mind set on this spot and decided to stay the entire time I was originally going to stay by myself! It would have been nice if my guest was with me, but I can say I still felt at home at Victoria’s. A/C worked wonderfully! Kitchen was amazing! The lounge chairs in the living room were so comfortable! Everything was clean! If I come back, I’d definitely come back here! I can’t say I have ever been to a more peaceful place than here in Kauai especially coming from basically Los Angeles, California where things can get crazy!! Thank you, Victoria!!

We loved our stay in Poipu! Great place to stay with a baby and we appreciated having the high chair and pack and play. The location was ideal for our stay on the south side of the island.

This was my second time staying in this loft unit and it was wonderful as expected. Jeff and Shana are true super hosts, going above and beyond to make sure their guests have an excellent experience at their rental. They are attentive, warm and responsive as hosts, which was greatly appreciated. Check in was a breeze even though we arrived past midnight. I hope to return again and again to this perfect loft apartment. 5 star airbnb experience!

We had an incredible stay at this condo in Kauai! From the moment we walked in, we were impressed by how spotless and well-maintained everything was. The décor was modern yet cozy. The location was ideal—peaceful and quiet, yet close enough to all the must-see spots on the island. We loved starting our mornings on the lanai and enjoying the breathtaking views of the lush greenery and ocean breeze. The condo was fully equipped with everything we needed, from a well-stocked kitchen to beach gear, which made our trip so much more convenient. It’s clear that the hosts put a lot of care into making their guests feel welcome. This condo was the perfect place for exploring Kauai.

One of the best condo resorts and units we have stayed in yet! When I was looking for a condo for my family (2 adults and 2 kids under three) we wanted to make sure we found a unit that was comfortable, well stocked, had a good layout, and was at a resort worth the while. Waipouli Resort and this unit exceed all of our expectations...and then some. The unit itself was stocked with everything needed. Beach Toys, Chairs and Umbrella, Coolers. And the kitchen had all the appliances, cookware, and other things needed to enjoy breakfasts in the condo. The space was well designed and comfortable. It even came with a pack n play that we were able to use for our infant. That was setup before we got there! The TVs had all of the apps. The bathrooms were spacious and had plenty of linens. And the grocery store was literally across the street! The resort itself is perfect for families. Pool. Beachfront. Restaurant. Towel service daily. A hotel/resort style pool for condo complex is rare!

Wonderful stay at a beautiful home for my immediate and extended family. Beautiful settings easily walkable neighborhood and close drive to all the beauty of Princeville. Dicle provided great recommendations beforehand. The home itself was gorgeous and well supplied. We had an issue with one of the bedroom ACs and Dicle was as responsive as possible, getting the company to fix it as soon as she could.

The house is in a very quiet neighborhood was nice to go for early morning walk. The A/C was extremely nice in the house making for pleasant stay. The backyard patio was private and quiet to sit and have morning coffee. House was beautiful.

The house was absolutely gorgeous and well appointed with comfortable beds and furniture and gourmet kitchen and appliances. It feels like a luxury resortThe location is very quiet and easy to access into town and sights. The instructions are clear and Aurora was very helpful and communicative. The beach chairs and umbrella came in handy though the snorkel gear was a bit sandy & moldy, likely from previous guests. We found two perfectly clean sets. We didn't use any of the board games, but nice touch. Excellent stay and would stay again. Aurora was a lovely host and very kind and thoughtful. The listing says there's minor construction but it was a major new build next door so the noise was a bit unexpected. The golf course where the house is located also has major construction going on so it didn't feel like paradise with alot of the surrounding views barracaded, though one can imagine, once completed, it will be quite beautiful. It's in a very nice area and doesn't feel touristy.

The house was gorgeous, it was like being in a spa. The beds and bathroom and kitchen were so comfy and great, we felt right at home. There were a whole bunch of filters in the house that were so helpful and she was able to replace one that needed it. My favorite part was the yard though. The flowers, lemon tree, birds and lizards. I spent every moment we had on the porch end enjoyed the rain

From the moment we booked, the staff's accommodating and responsive service set the tone for a wonderful experience. The staff was very flexible with our check-in and check-out times. They graciously accommodated our early check-in request, allowing us to start our trip stress-free. On the day of our departure, they also extended a late check-out. When we encountered a minor issue with the propane for our BBQ grill, a quick call had the matter resolved promptly. This level of efficiency ensured that we could enjoy our BBQ without any delays. The property itself was a true gem, mirroring the posted photos accurately. The attention to detail was evident throughout. The comfortable and well-appointed living spaces enhanced our overall experience. We took full advantage of the gym and tennis courts almost daily, adding an extra layer of enjoyment to our vacation. We highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone seeking a memorable and comfortable getaway.

We thoroughly enjoyed 10 wonderful days in their well-appointed clean condo. It is nice that both bedrooms had their own TV’s, both beds were very comfortable, and each bedroom also had a nice size walk-in closet. The master bath soaking tub was a well utilized bonus. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed and more including a crock pot. We also took advantage of the gorgeous community pool, hot tub, and clean community grill just steps away from their beautifully furnished lanai. Our beach days were enhanced with use of their cooler, beach chairs, umbrellas and beach towels. The location of the condo was perfect for our early morning walks along the golf course and the Princeville farmers market. Check in/out was a breeze along with exceptional communication with the local on-island manager, Michelle, and host, Andrea. Thank you!

Our crew of 11 enjoyed a beautiful stay at Kelly's home in Princeville! We greatly appreciated the living and dining room space for gatherings and games. The bedrooms got cool in the evenings with the portable AC units and the bathrooms located throughout the home gave people plenty opportunity to get ready for outings. She was extremely friendly and responsive. Overall a 10/10 experience!
