Charming Flat, Quiet with Parking, 15min downtown

We have renovated our old Swiss farmhouse (dating back to 1870) to include a separate apartment! We’re very excited to share it with you! We are either 15 minutes (by direct bus - 8) or 10 minutes by car away from the LOVELY Lausanne! There is a grocery store 150m from our door, along with an adorable Boulangerie where everything is house made. A forest and small river are found just behind our house, making our flat the perfect retreat for nature lovers and city enthusiasts alike.

Our Studio of 25sqm is in a great location, walking distance to Ferney Poterie bus stop (60,61 and 66) with direct access to the Geneva airport (10min.), Geneva center (Cornavin, 30min), the ILO, WHO and UN (20min). 10 min drive to CERN, the lake and the Versoix forest. Supermarkets and cinemas in front of the residence. Fully equipped kitchen, dishwasher, oven, microwave, bed (2 pers.), bathtub, washing machine (drying machine at the residence). A common garden is also available.

ATTENTION Du 14 juin au 14 septembre 2025 les arrivées et départs ne sont possible que le samedi Das Dorf ist nicht touristisch, aber tolle Dorf Promenade , Eine versteckte Perle ,, Es gibt 2 Restaurants Das Haus steht direkt am Genfersee, wunderschöne Sonnenuntergänge auf der Terrasse und tolle Aussicht auf den See Achtung Treppen siehe Photos im Haus ,auch draußen 3 ungleiche hohe Stufen Kostenlose Parkplätze überall Klavier ist regelmäßig gestimlt

Ski to the door in good conditions , Ideal access to Europe's largest mountain bike area and situated on the mythical Joux Plane Tour de France 2023 route for roadies. Peaceful location with stunning views, just 15 minutes walk to the centre of beautiful Morzine, with ski bus stop 10m away.
