We booked this place for two people for a week. We were very well received, Béatrice is very friendly and knows the surroundings very well for tourist ideas. The space is large for two people, we weren't stepping on each other's toes. It has two air conditioners, making the stay very pleasant during the strong heat. Despite the very close proximity of the owners, we felt in a home just for ourselves, with our independence. Access to the pool was very nice I would recommned this property.

We had a great time with the family in the villa of Fabrice and his partner, very welcoming and very responsive hosts! Handover of keys more than early than expected to make the most of the pool and its outdoor kitchen, a delight! Very clean and tastefully decorated accommodation that perfectly matches the description. The amenities and air conditioning were more than appreciated! We recommend 100%

My stay was just perfect. The house is even more beautiful than in the photos, very clean, bright and tastefully decorated. The location is ideal, close to all amenities I particularly appreciated the terrace and hot tub ideal for relaxing after a busy day.

The house is a 2 min walk to the beach which is very peaceful and not too crowded. The water is quiet, children can swim or paddleboard. The house was perfect for our large family, everything was very clean and modern.

The house is very nice. Perfect for 2 families with 2 bedrooms for parents and a room for children, not to mention a nice little garden with jaccuzi.

Excellent stay! The house is very beautiful, pleasant, comfortable, clean and very well-equipped. Wishlist for this village and the discovery of the region. There are so many beautiful places to visit and activities and proximity to the sea is a plus! Our host was very responsive to our messages and super welcoming. Thanks to him, we had a great time. Very pleasant stay in a cute cozy little house. We were very well hosted by Julie. Special mention for cozy beds and calm! Recommended even in winter (great pellet stove) The hikes nearby are beautiful.

A very pleasant stay in the heart of Villeneuve-les-Beziers, its cobblestone streets. Very nice typical little house! 5 min walk from the lock, beautiful walk along the canal on foot or by bike, small refreshment and snacks appreciated at the guinguette at the edge of the lock. Thanks to Jennifer

A really enjoyable stay in this particularly warm home The large covered terrace is really nice, we were able to spend our week outdoors even on rainy days! The pool with its small beach at the top , petanque court too, all sheltered from any indiscreet look It's a very quiet place and we were able to take many walks in the surrounding vineyards I recommend it!

We had a great time in this place! The place is perfectly as advertised, very well equipped and extremely comfortable. Everything is thought out for the well-being of the guests, and we felt right at home as soon as we arrived. Our kids were delighted with their stay, they loved every minute spent here. The calm and tranquility of the place allowed us to really rest. Thank you for this great welcome, we'll be happy to come back!

A perfect welcome as we rarely meet, and yet have been on rb&b for more than 11 years and have booked dozens of rentals. Philou is super nice. 1 bottle of wine and papillotes were waiting for us graciously! We only met Chantal at the time of our departure and appeared to us just as friendly as her husband. The apartment is spacious, very well equipped and decorated with taste. Some of the decor is even done by Philippe. The bed is very comfortable, and that's pretty rare in rentals too. In summer the terrace must be a treat of well-being. We had a great time at Philou and Chantal's. We plan to come back in the off season to enjoy the terrace and the sea. We highly recommend!!!
