This was our second time staying at Steve’s place and we love it. Steve is always very easy to get a hold of. Check in and check out is very easy. The location couldn’t be better being right across the street from the water. There are multiple restaurants within a minute walk. The air bnb is clean, modern, and a good size. We love it!

Anne's place was fantastic. Very comfortable with excellent facilities - everything you could need for a stay. Plenty space for your own belongings too. Anne was always very friendly and more than happy to help. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would happily return.

Uwais’s place felt like a luxury hotel. The flat has been beautifully decorated with modern interior design, equipped with luxury amenities and up to date appliances. The waterfall shower was a highlight and every room was spotless, free of clutter. Myself and my staff has a fantastic stay and would book again for our next stay in Dundee. Uwais is kind, friendly and helpful host who made us all feel welcome and looked after. Thank you Uwais!

We had a fantastic stay at Oakbank. It is a gorgeous flat, well equipped and very comfortable. Diane was a great host and on hand to help when needed. We would recommend this property to everybody and we were very pleased with our stay.

Overall we were very happy with our stay. Excellent communication from the hosts and the place was very clean. We had our baby with us and the temperature outside was very cold and due to it being an older property the bedroom felt a bit chilly in the early hours of the morning. This was fine with the cosy duvet however it was a bit cold for the baby, the hosts were very accommodating in putting the heating back on for him which was much appreciated. The only very slight negative was there was a smell of possibly wet dog as you entered the air bnb however I know this sometimes can’t be helped with the wet weather and it being dog friendly accommodation. All in all a good stay and will return again

Thoroughly enjoyed our 3 night stay at Casa Fresa. The place was very clean and had modern furnishings. The heating runs on a boost where you have to press a button but it was warm and comfortable. I needed to clarify a few things and the response from the agent was very quick. I would definately stay here again.

Fantastic stay. Fully stocked kitchen with everything you need. Hot tub was great and the garden was peaceful. Everything was spot on and communication was great! Will be back!

Beautiful place with lovely decor in the bedrooms and through out the whole house . Home from home , everything you needed and more . Great location, walkable to shops , bus stop right outside the property. Plenty off road safe parking . Huge TV in living room . Would definitely recommend and stay again. We really enjoyed our stay. Everything was clean and comfortable. The host responded really quickly to any queries. The kitchen was quite well equipped. My only issue was there was only one shelf in the oven, making it tricky to cook a roast for 4 of us. And also there was only room for 4 to sit in the living room. Another easy chair or sofa would have made it much more relaxed. Overall, though, everything was great!

The location was perfect for our Scotland holiday, and the accommodation exactly what we needed for ten adults. Plenty of room to move around without feeling on too of each other. Would definitely recommend this accommodation.

The house is in a great location for exploring Blairgowrie or to go further afield. Right in the centre but no noise from road, walking distance to shops, pubs etc. Well equipped kitchen and lovely living area. Beds were comfy too! Would recommend and hope to return next year!

Had a fantastic stay over New Year. Lovely house, had everything we needed for an extended family stay. The house was spacious, comfortable and warm. Amanda was quick to respond to messages and was always friendly and informative.

We have just spent a fantastic week at this house with friends. The house is spacious and very well equipped. There is plenty of room for 10 people to sleep and live comfortably. We enjoyed lighting the log burner and using the sauna on cold days. There is lots to do locally. We enjoyed trips up to Glenshee where we were lucky enough to have snow and the children had a great time sledging, we did a tour of a whiskey distillery and chocolate tasting and lots of lovely walks. We also enjoyed an evening in the hotel at the end of the road which is only a couple of minutes walk. Sam is a great host. I would highly recommend this place as a base to explore the Highlands.

We stayed in Rose Cottage which is a lovely high end cottage with everything you could possibly need. We met Andrew the owner on day 2. He was friendly and smiling with a wealth of stories to tell about Drumfork Estate. The staff we met were also helpful and friendly. The hot tub was fantastic and cleaned for us first thing every morning. Although Rose Cottage was absolutely fine it didn’t have the wide open countryside views like some others. Worth asking before you book. Dog walks were great and all the pets we met were well behaved and on leads. Great for days out to Pitlochry, Perth, Stonehaven, Glamis Castle and the Lochs. Highly recommended.

Pleasant and quiet apartment. Located near the center with bus 22 (10 minutes, very frequent) and Enterprise rent a car with bus 1. Umer has always been very responsive and to answer any questions.

We had a very comfortable and pleasant 2 week stay. We drove and the location was quite close to the city center, shops, and free parking was easily accessible on the street. The apartment was very clean and everything worked well. Our host Asif was super responsive to questions.

Just returned from a 5 night stay in Samantha’s flat, which is a hidden gem centrally situated in the town. So many places to see, access lovely walks, eat & drink, and shop are within easy walking distance. The flat itself was bright, spotlessly clean, tastefully furnished, and so comfortable it was a pleasure to return every day. It has everything to make it feel like home from home, and there are lots of little extras included, like kitchen & breakfast essentials, bathroom toiletries and even a water filter which I really appreciated. Samantha’s communication was excellent, and although I didn’t need to make any additional contact as everything was more than satisfactory, it was good to know she was always available if needed. Would readily this recommend accommodation to anyone having a stay in Arbroath & would love to return!
