Wonderful place, the pretty clear beach and the perfect ap for a couple. Mr. Ricardo very attentive, anytime he was on standby to meet us. The space is perfect, the neighbors are nice and we feel at home. Praia Grande is so clean that we didn't even go to other beaches, we stayed there every day so comfortable. He provided chairs and umbrellas, so we don't care about anything! We will return more often for sure, one of the best receptions we have ever had in this app. Mr. Ricardo and his wife are to be congratulated!

The property is exactly as described in the listing. My family and I loved the place. Diego was attentive, flexible and gave valuable tips about the place. The property was impeccable and very comfortable. The location is very close to the beach where we can take a taxi Boat to beautiful islands. Renata served us promptly, in the face of an unusual situation, thank you for the flexibility and kindness. We were greeted with a delicious snack, organized, very clean and comfortable. Within the condominium, this is an excellent option. They were very pleasant days!

Good location in Parque Perequê, very close to the highway and trades. The space is cozy and accommodates 4 people very comfortably and can accommodate more. Communication was quiet and clear.

We stayed at the house at the carnival and had a very pleasant experience! The house is cozy, even better than in the photos, and it met the purpose well. It is in a condominium next to the Icar, being a safe and family environment. It is 1 minute from the beach, and from the balcony of the house it is possible to see the river and the beach (we had the company of fish and turtles). The kitchen is well equipped (it could only have tupperware pots) and some of the bathrooms have undergone recent modernization. The water pressure is great and meets well. There were some peaks of light in the late afternoon but it quickly came back, I understand it's something from the region. Wi-Fi works well and TV tb. Unfortunately, there is no swimming pool in the house or the condominium, which would be a differential . A Vie responds fast, initially too attentive to the written instructions, but then the communication flowed being an enjoyable experience for all of us ! We had necessary flexibility. Thank you!

Niccole is an excellent host, searched for me and my friends at the bus station, gave me several recommendations for tours, restaurants, beaches. It was super friendly, proactive and extremely attentive, we spent a great trip at your home. The house is in a gated condominium with a bakery crossing the street and 15 minutes walk from a shopping center. Beds are very hard and not very comfortable and the bath towels are not provided. But otherwise everything went super well!

Perfect stay. From before check-in, in communication with the host, until checkout time. extremely polite, proactive, quick and fluid communication. He was always available. The apartment and condominium are also perfect. When you read right on the sand, you don't imagine that it's so right on the sand. The stay with Selma was perfect from the beginning. The apartment was super clean, new mattresses, smelling bedding and well-equipped kitchen. The village is very close to the condominium beach and we had super quiet days with our daughter. Condominium has a huge lawn for children to play and also a playground. Beyond the beach Que's quiet and super nice water!

Everything is great, but keep in mind that they don't provide sheets, so you have to pay extra for the beds I think it's really bad, since Minimum It's having the perfect bed to rest in, since it has many appliances and you could leave the sheets to be able to rest
