Riccardo is an amazing host! The house looks even better in person.. he left us some groceries for breakfast in the fridge. I would highly recommend choosing this place if you’re coming to Montepulciano!:)

Eleonora's little house is a property surrounded by nature away from any external "disturbance". If you're looking for a place with these features to completely disconnect from the world, this is the right choice. You'll be in the middle of the Casentino forest park with several viewpoints nearby. The little house has all the essentials and what you can expect from a mountain house. Attention because there is no mobile network coverage in the house, with some operators you have to get away a few meters outside the walls, but in my opinion this is an advantage :) Eleonora and her husband couple TOP

Our stay here was perfect! It is such a lovey Tuscan place that made us feel right at home. It is a short 10 minute walk from the center of Greve and it provides lovely views of the surrounding areas. Luana is very kind and quick to respond to our questions. We highly recommend this place for future guests! The only advice we can give for guests staying anywhere in Tuscany is to pick up some mosquito spray - they are everywhere.

Eugenio was a great host. His place is super authentic, located in the most charming medieval village with spectacular views. Everything in the house was to our satisfaction. Eugenio was super responsive and helpful with accomodating some extra requests that we had. We were travelling for work, filming a wedding at nearby castel. Location was great for us. The public parking is only about 100 meters from the house. We were teally happy with everything. Thank you Eugenio. P.S. There is an amazing restaurant with spectacular views right in the village. They only do lunches. But wow, It was such a great find. Everyrhing in that restaurant was made from their own produce, wine from their vineyard in the valley, olive oil from their trees, all vegetables from their garden. Different set menue every day. Really recommend it. It was delicious.

We stayed at Casa Ciappi for three whole months in Summer, and it was absolutely amazing! The house and surrounding land is beautiful, with ample space for our kids to play around, whilst being secluded and fenced for peace of mind. Area is very quiet, with little to no traffic on the "main" road. Inside is spacious and relatively cool despite the super-hot temperatures. A fully-equipped kitchen meant living comfortably during our stay, and internet was decent - we had multiple video calls with ease. Full of character, a Tuscan country house architecture with tasteful decor, surrounded by green hills, flowers and trees, birdsong and insect chirping…bliss! Nearby grocery shop was useful, and plenty of restaurants a short drive away with tasty food at reasonable price. Michela and her parents basically became our second family during our stay, they and their dogs are super friendly! Summary: gorgeous place with absolutely lovely hosts, 10/10 we will do our best to revisit!

We used two apartments because we were a group. Clean, quiet, with fenced garden and very close to the Arezzo Equestrian Center. We had a good time and plan to come back in the summer to take advantage of the pool. Luca is a very friendly and fair owner.

Claudia was wonderful, welcoming us and helpful during our stay. Very helpful and friendly made us feel at home, as a family. The places are beautiful, both from a landscape/naturalistic point of view (the Casentino National Park is an enchanting place) and historical cultural (Arezzo is about 40 minutes by car and several villages nearby, in addition to the Hermitage and the monastery of Camaldoli). If we have a chance to return to the area, we will choose Claudia's house again.

The place is stunning. Wonderful cozy and private house in the middle of the Tuscany hills, just 10' away from Florence historical city centre. Perfect for families with small children or young couples. Beniamino is a wonderful host, always responsive and ready to help. We had a wonderful time

We stayed here for a couple of days. We felt right at home, the apartment was tidy and very clean had everything you need. The host was very kind and caring. We'll definitely be back for a summer stay.

Cozy, clean, and super equipped house. Mrs. Paola was super helpful and gave us clear directions. The area is very nice, close to the bourgeois and with a beautiful view.

The location was perfect—right in the heart of Florence, just a short walk to the Duomo, Uffizi Gallery, and other iconic landmarks. The neighborhood was vibrant, with great restaurants, cafes, and shops just steps away. The apartment was clean, cozy, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The bed was very comfortable, and the space felt welcoming and thoughtfully designed. While there wasn’t a view, the convenience and charm of the location more than made up for it. Andrea was incredibly responsive and helpful, providing great recommendations for places to eat and visit. Their hospitality made our trip even more enjoyable. I would highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone visiting Florence. We had a wonderful time and hope to return someday!

Our family of four was in love with this place. Perfect location in the center of Florence yet very quiet. Beautiful clean and comfortable rooms with nice furnishings. As was mentioned the Master ceiling is incredible! Excellent communication from Francesco and the rest of the staff. Would definitely stay again!

Lapo’s apartment is beautifully renovated and well equipped. The terrace and the view are fantastic. The bed is firm which is perfect for us or anyone with back problems. We like to walk and we didn’t have a car and really enjoyed walking down to the town square and cafes and restaurants in 15 minutes - going back up the hill about 20 minutes. If you are not fit you may need a car but also taxis and Uber are available. We recommend walking and hiking around Fiesole with beautiful views to see everywhere.

The view was incredible!! just like the pictures. The apartment was immaculate with everything you could possibly need. This was part of our honeymoon tour of Italy and we will never forget it! I highly recommend this place for everyone. The only thing I could add is to have earplugs as it is directly in the heart of Florence.

Our wedding at Villa Cini was truly magical. The venue’s blend of natural beauty and elegance provided the perfect backdrop for our stay during the week and our special day. The gardens and stunning views created a fairy tale atmosphere and allowed to us have both an Indian wedding and an Italian Civil one. The arches ballroom, offered a romantic and inviting ambiance. We are incredibly grateful to have a chosen a place which has passed down for generations and has such a heartfelt attention to detail. Our stay at the villa felt like living in a postcard- breathtaking surroundings! The historic villa was charming and comfortable for our group of 5. The area is idyllic and the onsite winery is a fantastic plus. We enjoyed the fireplace and the outdoor areas. Great laundry facilities as well . Vicky was very helpful and gave us great advice on local sites. We would definitely return !

We LOVED our stay! The house was very warm when we arrived and we had clear and easy instructions for entry. We really felt at home! There were plenty of towels and extra pillows and blankets if needed. Pier Luigi was very friendly and helpful and even had a nice cake waiting for us! Great starting point for seeing the area! And the views were amazing too! Would love to come back one day :) thanks for a great visit!

We had an amazing time staying at La Fonticina. Such a beautiful house and location, which came with everything that we needed. Cesare was a fantastic host and made our stay even better. He couldn't have been more responsive, accomodating and friendly. Highly recommend and wouldn't hesitate to return!

Our stay at Villa Chiara was nothing short of delightful. Nestled in the hills it offered a picturesque view of the Tuscan countryside. The villa itself was spacious and well maintained. It felt like home away from home. The pool and back patio are surrounded by lovely flowers, herbs and olive trees. Offering a spectacular view of the evening sunsets. The location was perfect to take short day trips to Siena, Florence and Montepulciano. Highly recommend for a serene, peaceful and relaxing getaway.

We spent a glorious and relaxing week at Sarchianello and could not recommend it more. The location was perfect for day trips to local places like Siena and Montalcino, and it was the ideal place to return to for an evening of eating and drinking. We loved our stay and were sorry to leave! It truly felt like a home away from home.
