We are Lydia and Lionel, our cottage is nestled 2 steps from the Loire in the heart of Anjou between the tuffeau houses of Saumurois, the slates of Trélazé, the vineyards of the Layon hillsides, the castles of the Loire, the beautiful bike and hiking trails along the Loire as well as canoeing on the Loire. A "tasting" walk on a Gabarre... An exceptional moment on the Loire... Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space completely renovated with local materials.

Welcome to the Gîte de l'Écuyer. Exceptional setting for this detached house with its private garden. Forest walks from your cottage. Discover the land art, the botanical trail of about 30 minutes, hikes from 1 to 4 hours or more with the GR at the foot of the castle. Fully enclosed property. 2 min from Château de Brissac. 20 minutes from Angers 30 min from Saumur to visit the cellars (wine, mushrooms...) 1 hour from Puy du Fou. A key box is available. We also have 2 adult bikes available to you.
