The apartment is very spacious, clean and has all the amenities listed. There is a good view of the Plaza and surrounding area.

We appreciate the kindness of Mr. Jhon and Mrs. Zonia , they were flexible with the schedule, they were attentive in case we had any problems. The place is peaceful, safe at all hours and has a beautiful view. The house was clean and tidy. We were quiet and happy with our pets during our stay. A very good place to enjoy the peace and beauty of Concepción.

Marilia is a great host she is very friendly, she responds quickly, and was attentive to my arrival; she showed me the minidepa's environments and they matched as the photos. While it is not in the very center of Huancayo, it is easily reached, the street is very quiet and the best part is that the minidepa has large windows which allows good natural lighting. I definitely recommend it.

The place was very warm and cozy, exceeded my expectations and the attention was a very good point; I would definitely use the place again on my next visit to Hyo.
