Our stay was excellent!! The view from the balcony is breathtaking and the house very nice, cosy and warm!! The book collection they provide is also very impressive and informative, perfect to read at the balcony! Thank you for everything!!

Awesome place and great host.

We had a very nice family holiday at cottage Sunny Site. To the place and beach it is only a few meters walk and the house is quietly located. The house was very well equipped, (mosquito nets on the windows etc. ) the rooms spacious and nicely decorated and we didn't miss anything. The kitchen is excellently equipped and also the garden and terrace very relaxed and beautifully laid out. Thank you we enjoyed our holiday in this house and can fully recommend it.

Impeccable space, ideal for rest and nearby excursions. Comfortable (3 bedrooms, 2 WC, backyard, front balcony), clean, freshly renovated, with its own Parking and easy access to a market. Nothing negative to say, really. The visits to Ancient Messini, Polylimnio, Agios Floros were each a pleasant surprise! Mrs. Eugenia is also excellent! Anyway, it's worth the stay.

Great, luxurious house with lots of space and large pool. Very quiet location and very nice view. Edward was always reachable and very helpful. The kids loved the four dogs who also live on the property. Would come back any time.

House was awesome. Very comfortable with amazing views and balconies. Rooftop was spectacular with sea views. Great location right next to both the beach and the central square of Kyparissia. Shopping, restaurants, nightlife just a few minutes away by foot. The host Bess was amazing.

The village of Λεβεντοχώρι is absolutely charming and beautiful, and the people who live there are welcoming and hospitable. Antreas and his wife treated us like family from the moment we arrived. They guided us to their home from the local taverna, they provided breakfast every day, had plenty of supplies in the kitchen, and their home was very comfortable. With ocean views, beautiful olive trees, and plenty of animals roaming the property, it felt like a truly immersive village experience. I have family in the village, and when I told Antreas that we were in town to visit them, he was overjoyed! He knew them of course, and it felt like this connection made our stay there even more special. I couldn't have asked for a more wonderful place to stay, and I will surely come back one day with my family. The sun, the ocean, the fresh delicious food, and most importantly - the people of the village made this trip something special for all of us.

Ee had a very enjoyable stay. The house is modern, spacious and equipped with every comfort. Nana is a great host and will be on hand if needed. Got good tips for beaches nearby. Filiatra is a good base for neda waterfalls, pylos, voidokilia beach and many other beautiful beaches.

We had an amazing 3 week stay! The hosts were incredibly accommodating and flexible throughout our trip, always ready to help and provide wonderful recommendations for local spots. The location was perfect, just a quick 5-minute walk to the port with ferries to Kefalonia and Zakynthos, which made exploring the islands so convenient. We arrived late at night, and they went above and beyond to ensure we got in smoothly. Highly recommend this spot to anyone looking for a fantastic stay in the area! The location is awesome. Directly at the sea. Usually we were the only ones at the whole beach (end of October). The house is very nice, clean and spaceous. The beds are quite hard, but that is the only small disadvantage we experienced. We (including our three kids) loved the place so much that we will definitivly come back, when we are in Greece again.

John is communicative, friendly, very kind, he made us feel at home. He gave us a warm welcome and for our comfort, he offered a bigger apartment, very spacious and very well equipped. We appreciated the fact that it is quiet, the yard has a lot of green space, nicely arranged and with a play area for children. We would have liked to stay longer!
