¡Wonderful apartments in a good area! They have the soul of the host, the whole interior is beautifully decorated. In the kitchen there is everything you need to prepare food. An apartment with a soul! The host explained everything clearly. Easy access to the apartments and nice people working in the building. There is a very convenient covered parking lot.

This place is a gem. Excellent location with easy access, which is critical given the traffic in Santo Domingo. The city has traffic jams all the time, so it is important to be able to easily get in an out of a neighborhood. The building is very nice. It’s quiet and well maintained. The unit is very spacious, well-appointed, cozy, and well equipped. Serge is an excellent host. He is available, responsive and very attentive. This is one of the best parts of Santo Domingo. Everything you need and want is just minutes away: dining, shopping and entertainment.

Our stay at this Airbnb was absolutely exceptional. The property is ideally located, just as described in the listing, which allowed us to explore the area without any issues. We stayed at Dieugrand’s property from December 29th to January 3rd for New Year’s, and it was an amazing experience from start to finish! Dieugrand was incredibly responsive and provided excellent recommendations for nearby places, which really enhanced our trip. The property looked exactly like the pictures—everything was clean, stylish, and well-maintained. The location was perfect, centrally located near great restaurants and attractions, making it super convenient for us. One of our favorite aspects was the 24/7 receptionist on-site, which made us feel very safe and comfortable when coming and going, especially as a group of women. We also appreciated the thoughtful touches like the abundance of hand towels and other essentials—it’s the small things that really make a difference! We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a seamless and enjoyable stay. Thank you, Dieugrand, for hosting us so wonderfully!

Decent experience. The only issue was that I rebooked to stay an extra day and the host could not refund the cleaning fee as I was already charged on my previous booking. He claimed that it was not possible although I have gone through this experience before and was refunded.

I can only say this place is way bigger than the photos suggest and can confortably fit a party of 10. We were 3 adults and 2 children and there was a room we didn't need. The house is well equiped and in a quiet neighbourhood which trust me is really hard to find in Santo Domingo! I loved the place and will definitely be staying again! Host is super responsive and there is so much to do in the house, gym, pool and a very handy games room for the kids!
