House vacation rentals in Andes

The house is very nice, comfortable, the photos reflect the condition of the house as it is. The person who helps in the Zully house is spectacular, friendly and attentive to everything to help. The complex is quiet, great for walking, we went with a pet and it was perfect for walking. A very good stay and we would repeat it without hesitation.

Casa Peces is well maintained and comfortable. The home is spacious and the neighborhood was peaceful. The pool was perfect. It was very easy to communicate with both Martha and Jessica. I would absolutely stay at Casa Peces again on a future trip!

The place was amazing!! Rotem and Lior let us know absolutely everything we could need to know prior to check in. They responded when we had questions very fast. When we needed new towels, we went out to eat and came back to new towels folded nicely on the table. I can’t recommend this place more.

Comfortable stay, equipped house and very central but in a quiet area, there is shade and a nice pool that we enjoyed with a pet since it is very well fenced, and it has accessibility for elderly people with reduced mobility to the house [flat terrain] and has a bathroom/shower with support bars.

We love staying at Edinaldo and Nil's house. Very kind, polite and cordial hosts. The home matches the description and photos. Guapimirim is a surprising little town, polite people, beautiful waterfalls and marked trails. We'll be back for sure!

This is truly a one of a kind (maybe even lifetime!) experience of a place to stay. Where else can you walk out of the pool and directly into the kitchen, living room or dining room? And get fresh air and breezes right into the house? We were a little worried that without AC in the main part of the house it would be uncomfortably hot. It was not an issue at all. Somehow the breezes blow in, the fans kept the air moving, and it felt so nice to hear the birds and not be stuck inside! It was also a very walkable 10-15 min into town, but note that Costa Rica is not big on sidewalks, so you do need to contend with traffic, scooters, and other walkers. But everyone does it, and makes you feel like a local! Down on the street is a place called Zolu, that makes amazing made to order food. You will sit outside and wait a bit but it was the best food we had and very reasonably priced.

Great stay! Two blocks from downtown, walkable. We rented bikes from a neighbor. Pool was perfect. Safe neighborhood. We're already planning another stay👍🏽

It was a good experience! We were a group of 6 and the space complied with absolutely everything necessary to make us feel comfortable and enjoy to the fullest. Hallelujah to Aleluya! After dealing with a less than prepared host at another AirBNB in Medellin we found Aleluya and his well equipped and ready to go place. Hustling and bustling location, modern, spacious, and clean place, and super attentive host. Hallelujah!

To be honest everything about this place was better than we expected it to be. The house was bigger and the beach was more beautiful. It really is a fantastic place to stay and it is run by the people who really care. We would be very happy to go back there again.

Christophers place was beautiful. It was steps away from a beautiful beach. The surroundings made you feel relaxed. We even saw a Toucan in one of the trees by the poolside. Christopher was nice enough to come find me since my GPS/internet didn't work and guided me to the house. I will definitely book again when I return to Costa Rica!

The place is very nice and with all the amenities, it was very close to good places to eat that could be accessed by walking as well as the beach. Your hosts are very attentive and attentive to every detail, we will definitely be back !!

We loved our stay at Marcia's. There was SOOO much space for us all to be very comfortable. The sunsets were beautiful from the front porch and the beautiful beach steps away, had us spoiled. Our first visit was a blast, very close to the airport and about 15 mins to the busy side of the island. Marcia is an awesome host and gives you your privacy, we would definitely recommend and visit again, worth it for sure!!! Thank you Marcia:)

We had a great time in Samara! The book of local recommendations was such a nice touch - we loved visiting several of the beaches, restaurants, and stores. It was also lovely having the pool at the house to help with the hot temperatures!

We spent some very nice days with the family. Jeffe was always attentive to our needs. The house is very nice, comfortable and in a very good location.

The perfect spot in Tamarindo. We absolutely loved the space! We cooked breakfast each morning and had fantastic sleeps with the quiet neighborhood, comfortable beds and AC. The pool is fantastic and we really appreciated the short walk to the beach and town area. Having a quiet oasis to escape to was perfect and we cannot recommend this place enough. We’d would absolutely stay here again!

The Monkey House truly lives up to its name! Tucked at the end of a long road on the northern edge of Manuel Antonio Park, this stay immersed us in a real jungle adventure. Each morning, we were greeted by squirrel, capuchin, and howler monkeys—sometimes right on the roof! We also spotted scarlet macaws, frogs, and more. Honestly, it rivaled (and even beat) what we saw in the park. The house is cozy, with two beds, strong A/C, TV options, and a small but refreshing pool. It felt private, safe, and secure. Restaurants and grocery stores were just minutes away, and the park entrance was about a 15-minute drive. We loved the balance of feeling remote while still being close to everything. The host who welcomed us, was fantastic—super helpful, full of great tips, and stories about the area. We’d absolutely stay again!

Beautiful cabin. Super comfortable and with everything you need. Wonderful environment. Very quiet place to really rest. And the best two hours away from Mdeo. Magical. I would definitely come back

The first thing I thought when walking in was that everything looks exactly like the pictures. The place was spotless and the neighborhood is perfectly private and quiet. Security was attentive and friendly. You will definitely need a car to get around because the property is about 5-10 minutes from Tamarindo beach. It's a great location for a quiet relaxing getaway with a short drive to shopping, dining, and night life. We stayed for a week and would definitely come back next time we visit Costa Rica. We even saw a few howler monkeys in the nearby trees! Also, the water pressure and temperature were fantastic. No complaints at all.

If you’re looking for a true jungle escape, this is the perfect spot. As noted in the listing, there’s a bit of a climb to reach the property—but it’s well worth it for the added privacy and stunning views away from the more crowded parts of the island. There’s no AC, so it can get a little warm at times. I’d suggest adding a few extra fans for comfort, but we found that leaving the doors open at night allowed a nice breeze in, and the bugs weren’t much of an issue. Magali is a truly kind and thoughtful host—she even let us store our luggage on her porch after checkout so we could continue exploring the island without worry. Katrin’s place was large and had tons of space, enough to accommodate a large group. We also loved the pool. I would not recommend allowing her to book a night jungle tour on your behalf with the company Sukia, as we did not enjoy it and found it quite boring. There were also ants covering the kitchen and crawling constantly on the counters even though we were careful not to leave food items out unless we were actively using them. The ants are unavoidable in such a humid climate but we didn’t enjoy them and we also had some stowaways in our luggage that managed to leave with us. Hopefully we find and get rid of them all before we arrive to our home. Otherwise, her place was great and fully stocked. We do recommend this place if the aforementioned items aren’t deal breakers for you!
