Glad to have stayed at Gunter’s B&B. He was friendly and helpful, the place was nice and tidy. The jacuzzi was great during a cold evening, definitely recommend for a nice getaway.

A+ on every aspect of our stay. If the location and number of beds works for your family or group, I wouldn’t look anywhere else. The place is immaculately clean and completely provisioned. Nanou and Nicolas were home on arrival and welcomed us very warmly. They had provided some things for us which was very thoughtful (coal for BBQ, some things in the fridge, etc.) The house itself was cozy, tidy, and clean. We had a little less weather that week, but during the sunny days, the garden is wonderful to be. Nanou and Nicolas grow herbs and vegetables themselves. It was nice that we could eat these herbs while cooking, on the BBQ, etc. The pool is quite large and clean. Communication with Nanou was very punctual. Both people were traveling but a message or a question was always provided with an answer! We definitely recommend a stay there!

I was on a week-long vacation at Leuven and i stayed at this place. Very calm neighborhood and peaceful place. I would highly recommend this place to people who visit Leuven, very responsive host and communication was flawless. I enjoyed this very much.

The listing matches your listing . The hosts were welcoming with a plaid surcharge. The small house is in a great location and comfort was at the rendezvous. A little extra for the location of the house, close to the highway exit.

It was Beautiful to be a guest at Arnos. He was so nice and caring. Gorgeous space he build by himself and it was so cozy. We loved every minute of it. Awesome view and just perfect for a getaway for 2.

Such a hidden gem - we had a wonderful stay! Kees and his wife made us feel very welcome. We visited with my elderly mother and my 5yr old and the property was ideal as it is all on one level. There are lots of lovely little touches in the property to make your stay comfortable- kids toys and games, tea and coffee and fresh eggs from their chickens! It’s a beautifully decorated home with comfy beds, a very large new bathroom, nice quiet outdoor areas to sit and stunning views of the countryside. Thank you Kees!

Lovely little house, terrace, quick access to the city center, parking space possible, pretty decor, full of books:-), peaceful and serene. Loved the place. Kind and available hosts as needed. We are delighted and we left a little sad.

We absolutely loved the location, the property, and our overall experience, especially the excellent communication with our host, Olivier. We look forward to returning during a warmer season to fully enjoy the experience.

Great place. Close to public transport and a supermarket. Very clean and comfortable. We live to walk and it took us around 40 minutes to get to the city center and súper safe. The bathroom is in the room with only a divider so you better be comfortable with the other person you’re travelling with or married for at least 25 years. There is a separate toilet outside in the stairway. If like us you use the kitchen to cook, washing is a bit of a hassle as it has to be done in the bathroom sink. Not a big issue but worth mentioning.

I enjoyed my stay a lot! The room was clean and well furnished! Common areas were always well maintained as well! Location is good if you travel by train and not that far away from the city center. I used public transport only once to go to the ING Arena. Other than that I walked everyone)

The room was large, spacious and clean. The location was alright — it is a bit far from the main area. However, it was very close to the train station, which made it easy to access when arriving/leaving Brussels by train. The room included a bathroom; however, the toilet was shared outside the room so was a bit inconvenient when needing to use the toilet in the middle of the night. Besides that, the everything else was great.

Stayed for two weeks while getting ready for exams and it all worked out very well!It was clean and tidy, the bathroom was very large, and the movie appreciation room was great!The environment is also very comfortable, the traffic is very convenient, and the access to the class is very smooth!Especially the dining area is most relaxing and very comfortable!Highly recommend this great place ~ Suggestions With plans to go to Brussels can choose here, it will definitely be happy.

We would highly recommend Jean-François Traveling for a conference we discovered a beautiful place overlooking nature thanks to the floor-to-ceiling windows Quiet and very relaxing Jean-François and his wife are very discreet and enjoyable breakfasts served at our convenience Jean-Francois invites us to rest rather than to clean it is really comfortable A true story what this place is We'll be back soon.

Everything was perfect. Only one thing to mention for future guests, the WC is not in the room. You have a shower, small sink, but not WC. Highly recommended, especially if you come for business trips.
