Beautiful home in the mountains My family and I stayed in Hornindal for a few nights and the home was cozy and peaceful. It had everything we needed, even for our 1 year old. It was a bit of a drive from the Stryn/Loen area, where we spent most of our time, though the drive had amazing views so we didn’t mind at all! The only downside was that there wasn’t wifi, but we were okay without it :) The house had many rooms, so it was a bit big for the three of us, but definitely great for a bigger family. I recommend!

Wonderful stay! We were there for one night and it gave us exactly what we needed. The host was communicative, welcoming, and let us check in early. We were surprised by how special the town was, with all the red boat housed, and the building itself felt very connected to the theme and experience of the place. The view is amazing, and the interior was comforting and clean. Would definitely stay again!

We loved our stay in Stranda. What a fantastic property, with plenty of space for everyone. Modern, clean and well stocked. The views are amazing, we spent our time in the deck and in front of the windows, taking it all in. Would definitely recommend a stay in this house.

Small and Cute Loft. Even though it is a small unit, it was equipped with everything we needed. We even had enough space for our many suitcases. The place is quiet and peaceful. You could often see deers in the garden nearby.

Very very spacious place! there were more couches than people we were, and very nicely furnished. The surroundings were very beautiful and is located very conveniently very close to Åndalsnes. No complaints at all, we enjoyed the stay a lot.

We liked it so much there that we booked an extra night. The hosts are super friendly and the house is very cozy! We'd love to come back. So definitely recommended!

We loved our stay in Loen. Rueben’s place was cozy, neat, clean and as pictured on Airbnb. All of the bedrooms were spacious and the beds were quite comfortable. The communication was easy and all of the directions were very accurate. The location was perfect for all of the areas popular activities and getting to and from visits to surrounding towns. I would highly recommend this place if you are visiting Loen.

OMG! As soon as we walked in, we knew we wanted to book additional days, but couldn’t. The views are gobsmacking like tears inducing beautiful. The home is filled with art and family heirlooms and so much warmth and coziness. The property is relaxing with so many options for lounging, reading, writing, walking, eating or just daydreaming. A must must must! Additionally Brian was super accommodating and responsive, even letting us check in a day early due to our booking mistake!

We spent 3 nights there on our round trip with our dog. Good starting point for activities. Beautiful massive log cabin with good amenities and great terrace. Nice, uncomplicated hostess 👍🏻
