it's a perfect compromise for anyone who wants to visit and enjoy downtown Nantes the apartment is in the heart of the city very very quiet and with transport right in front of all the pedestrian streets the shops next door i'll come back to spend a few days in Nantes.

Feel at home thanks to Elsa! The apartment is conveniently located 13 min from the train station and 10 min from the center. We walked around the city for 5 days, it was very nice. Elsa is very attentive. She gave us a thousand and one restaurant address, bakery and other good tips. The apartment is decorated with care and personality, it is very well equipped and on a quiet street. We recommend 100%.

we had a great time, the house is in a great location, comfortable beds, and extremely clean. Even without air conditioning , at night, you sleep well, despite the heat.

What can I say except that Gérard and his apartment are great!! Gérard is very responsive, accommodating and has good advice. Her apartment is in a great location, the view of the island's machines is breathtaking, and the hot tub rooftop terrace🤩.

The place was perfect for a romantic weekend! A little lost in the operation of all appliances (hot tub, dehumidifier, mirror, TV, coffee machine...) when you don't know it, it's not always obvious. Maybe a small note in a few lines (especially for the operation of the hot tub) would be helpful;). Apart from this small detail, there is nothing to say except that the accommodation is very beautiful and well maintained, I would book again with pleasure!
