Were it possible I'd give the place six stars. The house has everything you need; the beds are comfortable, the bathroom is nice (and has awesome water pressure), the living room has a large open fireplace, and everything is done in good taste and in a rural style. Wifi is also reliably fast. The village has a lot to offer, the monastery near has breathtaking views, the museum is a must-see, and the tavern has an excellent kitchen (one that I would recommend any time, any place). Our hosts have shown us hospitality that was far beyond what we expected and were very helpful. Cannot recommend them enough.

A lovely house in a quiet area ,ideal for excursions Zagorochoria and Konitsa but also quite close to Ioannina. Spotless and overcrowded. It had everything maybe and more than we expected. Contact the host impeccable and friendly with suggestions for activities and focus as well as foresight as a reference to our baby. I highly recommend it and would definitely go back.

Beautiful, small, spotless detached house with great qualities parking in front of the house. On the negative side, when we first entered, there was a smell of mold, but it somehow went away when you stayed inside and liked the spaces or turned on the air conditioning. Also, the channels kept losing the signal since there was only an internal antenna.

Really clean and convenient place, close to the bus station, the lake, and everything you need downtown. Hosts were very responsive, helpful and flexible. I would definitely stay again!

The house is beautiful, just like in the photos. It's clean, has everything to offer a comfortable and enjoyable stay. It is located near the castle and the city center as well as restaurants and cafes without having to take the car. The Irini who welcomed us was very friendly and helpful giving us information about the city. I highly recommend it and we will choose it on our next visit to Ioannina.

Very "cozy " and beautiful house, bright, clean space and well cared for. Location was great! The treats were also very nice. Small drawback is the noise of the parquet in the bedrooms. Overall it was a very nice house in a very good location!

My stay in this Castle was a unique experience. Also very quiet and I would like to visit out of season when less Tourist's.

The house was great!! Spotless, well-maintained, with a special parking spot, a yard and a great view! It was perfect for us, as well as our doggy. Very beautiful apartment near the city centre. The Christmas tree was a very thoughtful touch to an already very cozy place. All in all we had a great stay!

Located in an older building, the apartment is about a leisurely 20-minute walk to the lakefront. It is apparent that the apartment itself has been totally renovated; it looks more like a boutique hotel suite than someone's home. If a hotel suite minus the daily cleaning is what you are looking for, look no further. Aside from occasional typical urban noise from the neighbors, the apartment is quiet. The overhead rain shower felt luxurious and the bed was very comfortable. One thing to note: while the wifi was adequate for checking emails, it proved challenging with video streaming. The owners are friendly, easy to communicate with, and helpful. This place is certainly worth considering for a return stay.

The house was very clean and tidy. It was also a very warm thing for staying in the winter. The communication with the owner was excellent.
