The place is gorgeous, very comfortable and cozy, the hosts have been patient and instructive. There was A lack OF communication from MY PART, but the hosts were polite and understanding! The atmosphere is great, peaceful and calm. I recommend that you pay attention to the rules and make sure there is no conflict at all!

I really enjoyed the stay. I needed to stay in a location near UFG Campus Samambaia and I didn't want to spend it on transportation. The accommodation is very close and with about 15 minutes of walking I was already at UFG. Village has a very good little dinner to two lodging streets, bakery, supermarket, pharmacy and more. The bus stop is on the same street. Walking a bit, you arrive on the avenue facing UFG and you can have lunch in very good and affordable places. About the loft, it has a very good bed, a very tasty air conditioning, it even had a hehehehe net, in the kitchen it had refrigerator, stove, microwave, water filter and much more. Very nice shower too. Access to the loft is very quiet and very private. This is a very good option for those who need to stay in the area. The apto is very well located and compatible with the photos presented in the listing. Bustling location, with several options of bars and restaurants, easy access to other locations. Excellent Wi-Fi. It was worth it, I recommend!

Comfortable , clean house with all amenities and utensils for a great stay. were 6 adults and 2 children and it was very comfortable for everyone! bBQ breakfast environment, the heated pool. all perfect!

The house is excellent for going in multiple couples or in several family groups, as there are 4 suites with a double bed in each. The fifth quarter is more adapted and is not a suite, but it has a bathroom on the side. We received the house with the rooms and a well-cleaned swimming pool. The pictures depict the house well, which is in a simpler region of the city, but you can walk to the center. In addition, nearby the house there are also markets, which helped us in times of tightening. The pool is outstanding and does not get cold, we enjoy it a lot. The garage fits 3 cars, as long as at least 2 are small. The kitchen is complete with all the utensils not only for cooking, but also for the barbecue (except the knife that was blind, although we have sharpened it). It is important to note that two suites and the TV room are not connected with the rest of the house and perhaps so these two bedrooms were slightly mouldy and in the bedroom outside the house we found cheap ones.

The house is just wonderful! Very well cared for, clean and cozy. The heated pool is a great differential, perfect for relaxing at any time of the day. The view to the landscape is incredible, making the experience even more special. The location is great, with easy access to everything we needed. Also, the host was super attentive, always available to ask questions and make sure our stay went seamlessly. I highly recommend it and I will definitely return at a next opportunity!
