Good place in very good taste. Easy access to the main tourist attractions of Belém. All air-conditioned apartment with good bedding and good cleaning. Super recommend.

the apartment is very comfortable, with air conditioning in the two larger suites and lounge (in the heat of Belém this is quite important), but it is also very high, so the natural ventilation is also very good. The kitchen is complete and well-equipped. There are few sights in the neighborhood, but the location is good because it is easily accessible to most of them, no point in Belém that we visited took more than 20 minutes. The doormen are extremely friendly and helpful. The cost benefit was worth a lot, for sure.

The Kelly property is in a large and very cool condominium. Private parking, kiosks, pool. The property has an excellent space, and very well equipped, with air conditioning in the rooms and smart TV in both. A well-equipped kitchen and a washing machine make the stay comfortable and suitable for those who travel for business reasons or private travel. The staff of the lobby show a lot of education and proactivity. Finally, Host Kelly has been shown to be a person concerned about guest comfort, demonstrating that she is easy to access and quickly responds to messages. I felt at home.

Mário is an excellent host, always very helpful and kind. The apartment corresponds to the photos, is quite comfortable and clean. The kitchen is very well equipped and functional. The view of the city is incredible, making it possible to see from the balcony both the sunrise and the sunset. It felt like home and will definitely come back again. This was the best hosting experience I've ever had in Belém.

The place is wonderful, perfect. The environs are simple, NEVER dangerous or dark, anti-páactic people, on the contrary. IT IS NOT A COMPLAINT, BUT YES, sugest: put a dark curtain in the bedroom, because, right in front of it, there is a street lighting (this is proof that the place is great) that lighting the whole room at night/night, causing us to be confused night/day.

Very quiet accommodation, serving me very well in the two months I stayed in Belém, I really felt at home, I could count on a washing machine, a good area to dry clothes and a kitchen with everything I needed. Phoenix and his mother always helpful, with good indications of restaurants and places to meet in Belém. Quiet surroundings, I arrived at dawn several times, without any problems during my entire stay.

The apartment is big and comfortable. Location not so good. 5 mins walk to bus stop. Some restaurants nearby. The place is nice and clean with a big terrace. The family was so helpful and communicated well. Especially Rodolfo I want to thank for his kindness and help during my stay. If you ever go to Belem then this is THE PLACE to book. Very recommended.

Luciano was so responsive and helpful! He helped to help arrange to have our clothes laundered. Our stay was almost two weeks and it was a perfect place to call home. Walkable - with a large grocery store directly across and a market across the street. The view Of the city was breathtaking and a beautiful sight to wake up to. It was wonderful to have a pool on site during a hot Belém day! Would definitely return- and recommend!!

the stay was wonderful! we felt at home. the internet is excellent, the apartment is spacious and the same as the photos, the kitchen is super complete and everything was working very well. there are bakeries, shops and pharmacies very nearby, in addition to good food options. Ernesto was extremely helpful and flexible with us. If I return to Belém, I wouldn't think twice about staying there again. You can go without fear!

Apartment simply impeccable, clean, organized, all well cared for and brand new! It was excellent staying in it, the bedding was smelling and also very new, NASA synthetic foam pillow, very comfortable, first apartment I see in these conditions so top! Samantha was very attentive and helped me a lot when it was time to complete the reservation!

excellent local, we really like it. Is a very family condominium, without much noise, but with good space for leisure. So, if you are looking for a place to make noise and a lot of party, it is not there. it is a very quiet place. the neighbors are very good too, some have a dog, which made us very eager to take the pets. The place has a beach view, so to see the tide rising very closely. The host was also super attentive, cleared all questions.
