Ideal location 5 minutes from the train station, the city center, and the port it is ideal for pedestrians. The apartment (located in a building of commercial and administrative premises) allows you to come with several couples- with or without children with bedrooms each with a bathroom, wc. The environment with a few bars, pubs, clubs, it is a good idea to take earplugs if you are light asleep. Francis and his wife were responsive and flexible in terms of schedules. We'll be happy to go back.

very nice apartment with everything you need, very well equipped and furnished. The only small downside is the access to the toilet which are in the bathroom only accessible through the bedroom.

You can book without second thought😉, Cindy is very welcoming and available, the place is quiet and everything is nearby. The beach is just across the road, the rental is clean and warm. We had a lovely stay. 😁

We had a lovely week at this peaceful place. The garden is a real plus with small children. The location is central and allows various activities: la Rochelle, Royan, Île Oléron, Île Madame, beaches, ... Catherine was very thoughtful and available during our stay.

This is one of the best places we've stayed. Very well fitted out and comfortable. We highly recommend Valeries place for a great stop over.
