Vacation rentals with lake access in Amstel

We had a very relaxing stay at Anneke's place. The house is beautiful and in the Hot Tube you can relax wonderfully. Anneke is super easy to reach and always responds very quickly! Thank you for the wonderful time!

I really had a great stay in this cottage! It was extremely well maintained and furnished with a lot of love for detail, which immediately created a welcoming atmosphere. The modern and clean furnishings made my stay even more enjoyable. Check in and out went smoothly, providing extra comfort. I would like to highlight the communication with the hosts, who were always friendly and helpful. Overall, I highly recommend this cottage – a perfect place for a getaway!

Very nice house in absolutely idyllic surroundings. You get used to the boat handling quickly. The house is well furnished, we and our two teenagers felt very comfortable. Supermarkets and restaurants surrounding restaurants. You can get to Utrecht and Amsterdam quickly. Highly recommended!

House on 3 floors at the edge of an ultra functional and very well-equipped body of water. you are 20min from Leiden, 40 from Amsterdam.. you can do everything on foot on a daily basis.. (shopping, restaurant, walk...) it's a great place and the hotel was very nice... If I come back to Leiden, I will definitely return here... book with your eyes closed 🙂

The house feels pleasant and receiving. Just like the city center. With its historical significance for the Netherlands with Hoorn as the headquarters of VOC and WIC, I felt surrounded by history. From here, the capital flows went around the world. With sometimes a golden age as a result but also with centuries of grief. In this house around the corner from a beautiful harbor and downtown to love, you can feel that history. And that makes this place special.

We love this place, it was a truly unique experience.

The home is exactly as described on the pictures. It is super cozy and beautiful. We with our two children were able to enjoy our 3 day stay and the hostess is very open and likeable and always open to questions. It is clean and open and super cozy. The view of the water is also very beautiful!

The place is very nice and is in a beautiful place, right on the water. The hosts are friendly, very helpful and quickly available for open questions! By bus you can reach Amsterdam in about 25 minutes. It was a very nice stay!

Kevin’s place is in an amazing location with stunning views! Kevin is a great host & we couldn’t fault a thing! I would highly recommend staying here!

One of the most beautiful places I’ve been to. Fantastic nature, close to the major cities Utrecht and Amsterdam, cca 30 minutes by car to either one. The apartment is on the roof of the building, surrounded by succulents and flowers. The view from the apartment is breathtaking. The nature park part of the lake is a must see. The staff is very helpful and friendly, we will be back for sure!

Everything was great and the check-in and check-out everything worked out great and the premises were also great and everything was clean

Top hosts. He gave us a lot of tips for the area and was very warm. The jacuzzi was of course the best! We'll be happy to come back. 😊

Great stay! Station and trams so close! Would definitely stay again

The place is a dream, very open and yet the personal spaces feel very private. If you go with kids as a couple, this place is great for privacy. Many towels at our disposal which was great. I went with my friends and daughter. I didn’t use transportation. We had a private parking spot which was awesome. Thank you for everything. You can feel at home here. Very recommended!

Very nice unit with a beautiful park across the street. Plenty of restaurants and shops within walking/biking distance. I definitely enjoyed my time here and think you will too!

Very beautiful place peaceful relaxing

We had a good and calm start into the new year in Rudis appartement. Everything was as described and Rudi was very kind and helpful. We would recommend his appartement and would stay here again.

Very cozy cottage. Everything that you need for a very comfortable stay.

I found it very easy to communicate with Nicolas for the accommodation and things to use, the rooms are very friendly as well as garden space with BBQ.

Satisfaction with the stay. Accommodation clean, functional, cozy. Nice place on a farm with horses. Good location for trips to lots of places. I recommend.

A beautiful place on the water, from the cottage you look out over the water and there is also a nice seat on the water. The food at the Duck is highly recommended!

We had a amazing stay at Rianne's little private house. the view is absolutely gorgeous and we felt right at home. its a very cozy and peacfull place, with some nice walk routes. we also loved the vintage record played and all the choices off albums. we defenatly recommend it to anyone and we'd love to come back some day. Credits to Rianne and her husband for creating such a lovely experience, they have been great hostses.

The property is centrally located in the Netherlands and Gouda, The Hague, Amsterdam and Rotterdam are easily accessible within 0.5-1h hours by car. The property can only be reached by car. Parking is available. The surrounding area is very quiet and natural. The place was very nice and well suited for 2 people.
