Fantastic stay, lovely apartment and pool in complex. Close to so much - lovely spot in between two parks and the river and walking paths. Supermarket, restaurants and shops, ferry and bus stops all so accessible. Menante is a fabulous and very helpful host.

This apartment is a fabulous base for seeing Brisbane. Bulimba is a beautiful suburb and the ferry into the city is just a few minutes walk from the apartment. Lots to do on Oxford street, Woolworths supermarket and Dan Murphy for your alcohol is easy walking distance from the apartment even with a couple of full bags of shopping! The apartment has everything you could need. The bed was one of the most comfortable we’ve slept in away from home. Having an air con unit in the bedroom was a huge relief in the heat of summer. WiFi and TV channels great, washing machine a huge bonus as we were able to wash all our clothes ready for the next leg of our travels Having a garage also kept our hire car cool, again such a luxury! Can’t recommend this place enough

Great location close to a lovely park. Right by a ferry station which was helpful for getting around town. Very clean and good amenities.

The apartment is a lovely space looking over Suttons beach. It was great just to hop across and take a dip in the sea. Beds were really comfortable. Megan was a great communicator and responsive to our needs. Overall an enjoyable stay.

The accommodation was clean, modern, and well situated. all instructions were spot on. Levent went all the way trying to help us with an extended stay. He succeeded big time! I wish all hosts would be so practical and proactive for their guests. No doubt to book again if needed, I can highly recommend this property and Levent as a host! THANK YOU!

Karen's home was such a treat.This was our first trip to Australia and Karen made it very pleasant.The home and bathroom was super clean and the beds was comfortable. There are a wide variety of kitchen utensils and pots and pans. There are also basic seasoning such as salt pepper and soy sauce. There is no ice maker, but there are ice trays. There are also ice packs in the freezer, which was a nice touch. Overall,we enjoyed our stay! Note to future people staying here from overseas: 1- I recommend downloading the Google doc before showing up to the Airbnb. The Google doc is 22mb and it took my 2G internet 15 minutes to download. 2- Bring a Australia adapter. The home does not have a universal plug. 3- If you intend to wash your clothes, go get laundry detergent. The home does not provide any. 4- The master bedroom tends to get musky since it's super humid in Brisbane and the water pools on the floor and doesn't dry very quickly. I recommend just using the outside bathroom.

Parmels place was amazing. The pool facilities were beautiful and big enough that you didn't feel crowed with other resident's. Only downfall is that when it rains, it's very loud, like someone is on the roof trying to put Christmas lights up when your in the bedrooms. And that there's no air con in the bedrooms either.

Great place! It’s our 2nd time staying at Kate’s apartment and our first choice Airbnb and location when we come to Brisbane.

Instantly felt at home at Mila's place. Comfy bed, well equipped kitchen and great pool area. Plenty of cafe's and restaurants within a few minutes drive/Uber. Check in instructions and house rules were very clear but relaxed. Almost felt like I was staying at a friend's place while they were gone. Will definitely stay again when I'm back in the area. Amazing view from the kitchen, living area and main bedroom, relaxed island vibes. Awesome place to be with our boat. House is a great layout, kid friendly, lots of games to play.

The house has a lovely character to it, it was clean, tidy, and everything worked as needed. The pool especially was really nice on hot days. My hosts made me feel at home when I arrived, even helping me find some ingredients for my favourite dinner. As I was travelling for work, staying here felt like coming home. I had space to relax, cool air condition rooms, a kitchen just like home to cook what I wanted, and the most gorgeous view and sunsets at night! I would highly recommend staying here, especially if you were going to stay with family or friends. There’s lots of rooms to sleep and the views are amazing.

I highly recommend Osvaldo's place. We stayed here for 10 days. The house is exactly as presented in the pictures. The house has everything we need for a comfortable stay. The beds are very comfortable. It is in a beautiful neighbourhood, with great walks by the water. Osvaldo is a great host and very responsive. We would stay again! Thank you very much for having us.

Our stay here was great! The house is in a fantastic location, just a very short walk to public transport, making it super easy to get anywhere without a car. The home itself is incredibly spacious, beautifully styled, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We especially loved the thoughtful touches, like the coffee, and the convenience of having everything we needed right at our fingertips. The walk to Kedron Brook was a real highlight—such a beautiful spot to walk your dog. We we very happy with our stay. Highly recommended!

Lovely place to stay - quiet, clean and very comfortable. There is air conditioning in the living area and fans in the bedrooms, and a modern well equipped kitchen. Jessica was a great host.
