Nice and functional accommodation. It is recent and well insulated, so comfortable for winter nights, which is rare! With beautiful walks and the many castles to visit in the area, we recommend it without hesitation!

Really magical house, Fabienne is available at any time for any questions. The accommodation is exactly as described, it is perfectly clean and really pleasant to occupy. The games and activities are endless enough to take care of even with bad weather. A home for the kids, not to mention the older ones.

The apartment is very well located in the heart of Auxerre town. We slept well there, the bedding is good and the environment is very quiet.

Everything was perfect!!! The apartment is in a great location close to the station and on the edge of the Yonne. Very clean, very well equipped, and the super neat decor makes you feel at home! Charlene was an available and nice host, and accompanies the rental of many restaurant tips, walks,... I'm looking for a negative point but I really don't have one! I highly recommend this rental!

The listing matches the photos in every way. Shops are in the immediate vicinity and a bus stop leading to the city center is right in front of the residence.
