This is a fully restored 1880 farmhouse five min. from Montague Retreat Center, 20 min. from Amherst and 25 min. to Northampton. Our house has modern amenities: radiant concrete floors, high end appliances/countertops, a steam shower and 7 ft, radiant heated copper bath tub. Lots of light, open spaces, cathedral ceilings and an outdoor playset for kids. The house is set on 3/4 of an acre with lots of beautiful gardens and is located near Montague Center, where there are restaurants and shops.

This is a furnished home in Greenfield MA. It’s great for Deerfield Academy, Eaglebrook School, Northfield Mount Hermon, and Stonleigh-Burnham families. We’re close to Berkshire East, Yankee Candle, and Magic Wings. 3 bedrooms sleep up to 5, 2 baths. Circa 1890, our home has a modern kitchen, comfy couches, and an eclectic antique-heavy decor. The period layout with all bedrooms upstairs and the antique decor may not make our home ideal for people with mobility challenges or young children.

Unique People & Pet-Welcoming Haven

Your own gracious living space with very well equipped kitchen, private deck, entrance, garden, country roads for dog walks, forests, meadows, mountain streams, stone walls, tranquility. The cottage is attached to the main house but is a "separate" entity and again has its own private entrance as mentioned above. No smoking in the cottage please but on the deck just fine. We spent a long weekend at Sweet Water Farm with extended family - what a treat this was! There was plenty of space for us all and the bedrooms were arranged in a way that there was privacy but also great common areas to be together. The house is tucked away at the end of a quiet dead end road. We enjoyed spending time at the house - s'mores by the fire, on-property hiking trails, and beautiful views - but also time out and about exploring the history and beauty of the area. Meals were simple to make for a crowd as the kitchesthad plenty of pots, pans, utensils, etc. of all shapes and sizes. I love AirBNBs but sometimes directions can be confusing. We really appreciated the many clear notes around the house explaining house expectations and agreed it was the best we have seen at any AirBNB! Our host was very responsive and accommodating, everything in the home was as described and easy to use/find, and set us up for a wonderful weekend of family memories. Highly recommend!

We had a really nice stay at Carrie's. It felt cozy and homey and was super easy to find and settle into. There were so many little features around the home that made us feel comfortable and welcome. Even the surrounding area was absolutely gorgeous. The balcony off the back was perfect and was a great spot to enjoy some morning coffee. All of the instructions and descriptions were accurate and clear so we had no trouble finding the place and settling in. We had a great stay and will very likely make another trip out this way. Many thanks to our host!

Very comfortable for a short stay with two coworkers for a conference! Melissa was super nice and the apartment was clean and functional. We were pleasantly surprised that the apartment has a third room off the kitchen and living room- a little office space where you can set up an air mattress or cot (both options provided). You have to walk through that room to get to the bathroom but I slept fine there nonetheless.

The owners were very responsive and I loved the privacy as I have never stayed in a cabin. The accommodations were nice and the place was warm, cozy clean and and felt relaxed. Although a little cold I did like leveraging the fireplace briefly… Ultimately, our only complaints were the area as there wasn’t much going on and on our end we didn’t over prepare. The cabin was definitely the highlight! We might visit again when the State Park is open. Best Regards, Mike R

Rebecca was such a special person - she was so kind, friendly and thoughtful - I feel like we made a friend while there. Staying in their wonderful space felt like home and was in the perfect location for our needs. Lots of extra towels and linens which were divine and the plants were just a perfect touch! Oh, and the birds were so cute to watch every day! All the kitchen amenities you would need. Would stay again

This is my 3rd time staying at one of Mindys accommodations. Mindy is always helpful and responsive. She was very thoughtful about clearing ice around my car and offered to help bring in my bags. The apartment was clean and cozy. It had everything I needed for my stay. The heat temperature was perfect for me. I’m sure I will stay again as this location is perfect for visits with my family and I always feel safe knowing Mindy is close by.

Joe and the family provided a wonderful warm welcome and an experience my girlfriend and I will never forget. When it comes to atmosphere, tranquility, and fun, the treehouse absolutely nails it! We’d never thought there’d be so much to do in the town of Willington. The guest book gave us so many ideas of where to eat and what to do. Highly recommend Halls Archery and Willington Pizza House. Other than that, everything you need is on that farm. The campfire at night with your partner is also a must and I’d say this is the type of Airbnb to book more than just once because you just have to experience more of what the farm and the area has to offer!
