This home is very roomy & open. Large open kitchen, dining room & living area with it not be crowded & easy to move around. Loved the room with the pool table, lots of fun. Back yard was great & the hot tub was perfect. It was the perfect get away for us & we relaxed.

We love this Airbnb!! It’s our second time here and we will come back every time we are in St. Augustine. The place is so clean and tidy. Perfect for the two of us and our two dogs. Very dog friendly with the area in the backyard for them and some nice lounge chairs. The beach is walking distance and we take our dogs there in the mornings! And for the cherry on top, Taco Shop is less than a minute walk across the street! We will be back a million times :)

We enjoyed staying at the Cape Ann Ranch while we spent a weekend skiing at Sunday River. Barry was very accommodating and let us arrive a little earlier than expected due to an incoming snowstorm that change our plans a bit. We had a great long weekend in Bethel.

We brought our family and had a blast. The animals were a hit. We definitely want to return. Ethan was so nice and helped us with whatever we needed. Thank you for allowing us to stay at your amazing place.

Wonderful home. Very close to catochin mtn hiking trails. Very close to town. House was immaculate. We used 3 of the beds and they were comfy. Kitchen was well stocked - we cooked two dinners and 3 breakfasts. Bathrooms were updated and very clean. Lots of towels available. If you’re coming to this area, stay here! We would definitely stay here again!!

very comfortable stay, clean, lots of space. pool was perfectly heated, clean water. nice outdoor space for meals, relaxing. 2 bikes ready to go, 2 kayaks in good condition. such a quiet neighborhood, quiet neighbors. close to everything. kitchen well stocked, gas outdoor grill. will return for sure. host was easy to communicate with, quick responses. highly recommend.

Absolutely GORGEOUS home and the view from the patio. All the little details in the decor did not go unnoticed! We really enjoyed our one-night stay. The couch was comfy, and there were extra cozy blankets that were easy to find. We look forward to booking this spot again in the future.

We spent one month at Andrea's home in Florida. Loved the layout of the place. Large open living space in living, dining and kitchen. It was nice to have a washer/dryer. The caretaker for the house lived close by and was very efficient and easy going. Would stay there again!

Ryan responded very quickly and straightforwardly. The house is very well equipped and furnished and very clean. Within 10 minutes walk there is a small supermarket with almost everything.the pool is excellent for cooling off.overall a great place. We had a great time. Thank you Ryan.

We travel with service dogs & it is rare to find a place to allows dogs and is so well cared for. Samantha also decorated for Christmas, which is why we were there … to visit with family for the holidays. What a thoughtful host. Even the way the home is set up was done with ‘guests’ in mind. We look forward to staying there again!

Great place for our group to stay. Photos did not do it justice. There are smoke detectors and a TV even though that is not listed. Host was quick to answer with any questions. Highly recommend recommended.

I have stayed at this home many times and it never disappoints . All ways very clean and check in and out very easy . I would definitely recommend this home .

We loved it here, this was our first time to PSJ but won’t be our last!! The house was amazing, very roomy and had everything we needed!! The golf cart was an added perk and made getting to the beach and pool easy! The beach is a short walk literally down the street, even though it’s in the bay it was still beautiful! I would recommend this place to anyone. All the restaurants we visited were pretty good but our favorite was Indian Pass Raw Bar, it’s about a 30 min drive but worth it!! If you want something away from the hustle and bustle but still able to enjoy all the beach activities and seafood this place is for you!!! We were not disappointed!! Derek was responsive and helpful as well!!

Made lots of great memories with our family during our stormy mini vacay. Home is very cozy and a 5 minute walk to the beach. Note if you have small kids, you do have to cross the busy road and there are no sidewalks. But it is an easy quick walk to the ocean! Rosalie was very responsive and helpful!

This condo is wonderfully located just steps away from the pool. Excellent view as it is one of the few that doesn't look into another condo building. Easy walk to the beach with good sidewalks. Very doable walk to small supermarket and restaurants. We really liked the Roko Loko a few blocks down (live music) 15 min walk. The main cluster of condos and 5 additional pools are on the other side of the gated entrance easily accessed by nice paths other than the extreme hill. Condo has lots of towels for the pool/beach, noodles, floaties, chairs and coffee!! My 4 year old loved it.

My daughter and her friends found this place to be in a safe area within close proximity of area attractions. It was just as pictured and a great choice for a quick weekend getaway.

Absolutely beautiful. stunning views morning noon and night. Susan's place had everything. Thoroughly enjoy the hot tub after a day of hiking. Why go out for lunch or dinner when you had thus beautiful home with everything.

My family was traveling from separate states to meet up for Christmas. Nicholas was friendly and responsive from start to finish. The space was beautiful, cozy, and felt like home. The openness of the space allowed us to be together even from the kitchen. But, the bedrooms were a quiet retreat that brought it all together. The weather and short stay didn’t allow us to get in the pool - next time. Beach access was quick and easy. Ample parking and space. We enjoyed our time and would definitely stay again.
