Excellent 2-storey apartment, with everything you need. As indicated in the photos and in the description. A terrace that on less cold days will be a wonder to be able to enjoy it. It is recently renovated, everything is new, very nice, very well cared for the details, it makes you feel at home. Samuel is very friendly, quick response and very good willingness.

The classic Spanish country house in a beautiful village. The outdoor garden is beautiful and a wonderful place to relax after a long day of exploring. Sophie was amazing and a fantastic host. Can't wait to go back and visit!!

Small apartment, well furnished and clean. It does not have heating, but there is air conditioning. It's close to downtown and easy to park around. Chloé's instructions were clear and we had no problems.

We had a great stay. Lucas is an available and responsive host if needed. Nice and quiet apartment, the terrace and garden are nice. The pool and paddling pool are really a plus in this place for kids. The sea is also right across the street. Only downside: 30min walk to the city center, so we had to take the car. Other than that we recommend this listing without worries.

Had a fantastic experience while staying at this place. You have everything you need, the apartment is spacious yet cozy. The view from the terrace on Colera and the sea is extremely lovely and was always a reason to have breakfast-lunch-dinner there. Thank you Neus for being helpful and always there for us in times when we needed something. Great memories!

Will come again any time! Beautiful house with great Spanish charm. Everything you need. In the kitchen everything was there, plenty of space to relax, we couldn't use the pool as it was too cold. But this will certainly be awesome in the summer. It was fun and I would come back any time. The location is excellent, within walking distance are restaurants, bars and also a small supermarket (bread, everything you need). Cute little town, highly recommended ! We were two adults and one baby, also here everything was available. We felt very comfortable. Thank you

Fantastic apartment to explore Cerbere area and other nearby coastal villages. Also in easy reach of Perpignan. The apartment is better than its current photos. Spacious with a private terrace to eat outside. Well equipped kitchen, great bathroom spaces and very comfy beds. Parking on street outside. Etienne a fantastic host. Would recommend and if we went back to the area we’d be sure to use Etienne’s apartment as a base.

The space is beautiful, consistent with the photos on the listing ,very easy to access and secure. The plus, everything is accessible (shops, restaurants and beach) on foot. I recommend it 1000%! Brilliant apartment in an excellent location. We stayed for a month and it had everything you could need for a good holiday, comfortable beds, really quiet even when there were live bands on in the town and never had a problem with parking. Only thing that let it down slightly was the WiFi which wasn't great for video calls in our laptops. despite this, it was still a great stay. Wendy was a great host.

We arrived in Vinca from Toulouse and found Francis' place easily, despite our GPS choosing an inappropriate route through the extremely narrow streets of the medieval location. We soon found an easy access and convenient parking. Francis' appartment is right next to a gate in the remnant of the fortified town wall and has been renovated from a building which probably dates from the 12th century (according to information plaques in the town). The appartment is on the first floor of a complex of 3 or 4 (at least one is being slowly renovated by a neighbour). You really get a feel of the age and history of the place, entering through a ground level courtyard and ascending two small flights of stone steps. Francis appartment is bright and airy with very high ceilings. I think that the originally large space has been partitioned into two bedrooms, a very large kitchen/dining area, a bathroom and laundry room. An apartment with all the essentials to spend a few days, everything was clean and the beds were comfortable and clean . The area is beautiful with bike paths ,lakes and the beach next door , very quiet area on the date we went to see barcares and the village Noel. Lucyna is a great host the communication was 10
