Francesco's place in located in a relatively quiet place (gets quite noisy on the weekends, including loud music at the pool in the afternoon). Our kids loved the big pool! We went in the mornings, when it wasn't crowded. We also liked the beach a lot, we went in the evening, when it was quiet and the sunsets were amazing. To access the gym, one needs a key, which I was told, they only give to owners, not guests. Francesco was very kind and found a solution, so that my husband could use it. For me, a runner, the only downside of the location is no paths to run on and roads with no side. Otherwise, we loved the place! The apartment itself was small but more than enough for the 4 of us. My only complaint could be it wasn't supe clean and the kitchen equipment was quite basic (no bread knife or toaster). The air-con was great :) Francesco was always available for questions via messages and replied swiftly. All in all, I would definitely recommend the place! Thank you, Francesco :)

Although our stay was very short, we had a great time. The apartment is clean, tidy, equipped with anything. The owner is very kind, available at any time of the day. It felt like home.

Great area, a few kilometers north of Pizzo Calabro, 500 meters from a large beach that can be reached on foot through a fragrant pine forest. Spacious and fully furnished apartment. The residence where it is located has two swimming pools, one with a water slide, tennis courts and soccer fields. Excellent hospitality from the owners, kind and helpful. Recommended to everyone.

I really enjoyed staying at the place. During the day I could walk to the beach (20 minutes walk) or to the supermarket (15 minutes). Pasquale even took me by car to Gerzzeria Lido and offered to rent me a bike. We had nice conversations and I could always ask him if I needed tips for the area or had questions about the place. I felt very comfortable overall. The place had everything I needed. I'd love to come back if I travel to the area again.

I stayed with my family at this beautiful place. Located within a residential complex, with an attached pool, the property offers a magnificent view of the Aeolian Islands. Well furnished, equipped with all comforts, clean, with two air conditioners that fully do their duty, a starting point for the many excursions in the nearby towns (Costa degli Gods) that you want to visit. Andrey, despite not being present on site, has always been kind and responsive. Family-friendly place to stay that I highly recommend!

We traveled all across Italy, and this was by far the best and most well-equipped place we stayed. The welcome was warm and thoughtful, and the house itself is absolutely beautiful—inside and out. It had everything we needed and more. Spotlessly clean, incredibly comfortable, and truly felt like a home away from home. Hands down the best place we stayed during our trip. Amazing host, amazing experience—couldn’t have asked for more.

we only stayed for 1 day and we didn't made justice to the place. if youbare visiting this place atleast you should book for 4 -5 days. what a great host and family. the whole farm house was so wonderful and peaceful. my daughters really had a good time with the pets. one of the best croissant I had in breakfast made my hosts wife. place is so wonderful and I can't wait to return back. we'll done and keep maintaining the standard.

It was a real pleasure to stay in this beautiful house! The accommodation is as shown in the photos and the services mentioned are all available and included in the price. The views are stunning and you can get to the small beach via a fairly comfortable path, just a bit steep uphill. I will definitely be back, thank you for everything!

Irene and Vittorio were discreet hosts, they left us full freedom of action and were always available to meet our requests (from laundry soap to kitchen pots). The linens (sheets and towels) were fragrant, and in the middle of the stay they were completely replaced. We were provided with extra pillows (new, under vacuum). The garden is very nice and ideal for children to play safely (we were also lent a swing from their grandchildren). The silence that allows you to hear the noise of the sea a few meters away is priceless. There are dishes of all kinds (plates, bowls, trays, glasses, ladles and cutlery in abundance). Very comfortable sink and clothesline area, double outdoor shower in the green, and with hot water, superlative. Fresh water in the refrigerator and a welcome cadeau upon arrival. We would have extended the stay but the house was already booked by other guests. We will definitely be back, 10 and praises the hosts.

The welcome of Francesca and her family made us feel at home, they thought to welcome even our little dogs! The accommodation is taken care of in every detail and is in a very quiet area close to the sea. Highly recommended!

Well organized and clean accommodation, easily accessible and in a strategic position to be able to reach all places on the coast of the gods. Very quiet and peaceful area. Well-stocked kitchen with every utensil and very welcoming private garden. Rosa has always been a host present at every request and information.

Beautiful views of the bay and cliffs! Easy communication with Salvatore who welcomes you at the property and provides a full guide with places to eat and things to do in the area. The property is in a quiet area not far from everything you need. We choose to spend our 2 night stay taking the short walk to the private residential beach and enjoying the day/night views from every corner of the house! It was a pleasure staying at Loredanas place :) everything was as described and really cozy and clean! There was great furnishing and equipment for cooking too and the neighborhood was nice. We spent some lovely evenings on the terrace from where you could see the sea as well. WiFi, the AC and everything worked fine! We were four people and it was enough space for all of us! Loredana was a very nice host too, she gave us some nice recommendations and answered very quickly! We would book again, when coming back! Thank you for hosting us :)

We had a fantastic stay at this rental in Zambrone, Calabria. The host (Teresa) was very helpful and arranged for us to check in, although our plane was delayed and we arrived at 10pm. The house is small but well furnished and equipped with every comfort. The outdoor space is beautiful, with a breathtaking view of the sea. Indoor parking is private and safe, and the sunset view over Stromboli is priceless. The house is located in a strategic position, a few minutes from the center of Zambrone and the beautiful beaches, 10 minutes from Tropea and Briatico (we recommend Goccia di mare beach). However, to get to the beaches you need a car, as it is on the hill. Chiara was very friendly and delegated us well to the accommodation despite the late arrival and responded very flexibly. She gave us several restaurant recommendations on request which were very good. Place was very clean and special. We only had two days stay and definitely recommend Chiara!!!
