Access to the villa from the private parking area is convenient thanks to an elevator. The property is on two levels; from the large parking area you can already be fascinated by the enchanting panorama and up a staircase lined with white flowers beds, you enter the first terrace / solarium shaded by a majestic pergola; you can relax in total privacy and quiet in the heated whirlpool jacuzzi in both summer and winter, on the other side a beautiful new semi-covered garden. A few stairs separate the lower floor. Here another large terrace, great for dining during the wonderful summer evenings serenaded by cicadas and unique sunsets, an area where you can take advantage of the barbecue or even experiment your cooking with an authentic wood-burning oven. There is only fun to be had! The interiors are spacious, the living room is comfortable, the 2 double bedrooms with balcony are perfect to wake up in the morning to a breath-taking view... the sun it penetrates from the terrace in front of you and warms you gently. Then a small single room, perfect for kids and another double bed room with a little window. This location was prime for us. Minutes to the train station, very easy to walk to the main hub area of Sorrento and Port for ferries. Beautiful apartment and very clean and well kept with lots of room to spread out. We were a family of 4 so this suited our needs perfectly. The pullout bed was extremely comfortable. It was very close to everything you want to access yet not in the center of all the hustle and bustle. Private and quiet. Giovanna was very helpful with her instructions and quickly responsive answering any questions I had during the stay. We really enjoyed our stay here. Thank you!

the house was very clean and comfortable. It is in Italy so it was a hike up and down stairs to and from restaurants but several restaurants offer to pick you up or drive you home. Almafinis a 45 min bus ride away and the bus is not reliable. it's not accessible to the ocean but the views are amazing!! Its in a very quiet peaceful village. I would recommend!

This place is incredible! Very nicely redone apartment right near the port. Took about 5 minutes to walk to the apartment after getting off the ferry. I took my grandfather to Italy for his birthday and Carlo made us feel extremely welcome! He knows a lot of people on the island and can help you with any and all your requests. We ate breakfast at the bar he owns every morning and he offered many tips to help plan our day! On the morning of my grandfathers birthday he even came out and had the whole restaurant sing tanti auguri(happy bday) to him. It was great and my grandfather was very touched! Although there isn’t a common area in the home there is a great gathering space outside with a great view and kitchenette out there as well. This didn’t bother us because you’re on Capri you don’t need to be inside!! Would highly recommend this place to anyone coming to the island! Very easy to get around from this apartment. Thank you so much Carlo!!
