We had an amazing stay! The room was clean and they were flexible with check-in and also allowed us to park and use the amenities prior to check-in which allowed up to maximize our stay and time spent there! Walkable to all restaurants and shops and right by the beach! Would definitely stay again!

Incredible stay witth my fiancé for his birthday weekend. Proximity to beach and wineries is fabulous. Beach house itself is elegant, cozy, fun, and perfect for a getaway. Hosts were kind and relaxed. Cannot wait to bring our friends and family back here soon!

Very cute little complex of buildings with shop, bars and restaurants. Room was comfortable and very chic.

What a unique and lovely experience.. absolutely gorgeous and romantic room… spacious, high ceilings and WHAT A BATHROOM!! Beautiful walk in shower with plenty of room. Separate bathtub. Common area and shop are a must see. Check it out!

We had a great stay. The house was warm and inviting. Very peaceful and quiet. Plenty of room for the family. Very easy to get to and very close to downtown. I would highly recommend!!! Steve was very friendly and responsive to all our needs!

Had a great weekend at the cottage! Meredith was so great letting us check in early and was super helpful and responsive. The cottage is gorgeous and has everything you need. Loved it! Thank you!

Had a wonderful time over Easter with my family and dog. The view was exquisite and the house very comfortable. Eileen was very responsive and even had hair dryers sent over. The house was very well equipped with lots of kitchen staple goods. Just be aware there is no microwave, but there is a very nice Breville toaster oven. Also, there is a large table outside for a group, but only a small table and counter seating in kitchen inside. We didn't have any issue since the weather was perfect for us to enjoy our Easter dinner outside. Overall, a beautiful home and only minutes from Greenport and wineries.

Our stay here with our family was absolutely wonderful. The house was so comfortable and spacious and the hot tub in the backyard was a real treat during the off season. The location is great for Hampton Bays beaches and a very quick drive to the popular restaurants in town. Also a nice to drive surrounding towns. Communication with Aida was excellent and she had the hot tub ready to go during check in which was much needed after a long drive. Bedrooms are spacious and the kitchen has all the key equipment to make food at home. Backyard is large and fenced in if you have any pets. We definitely will book again in the future.

Jennifer’s placed checked all 4 C’s with 5 plus stars! Extremely comfortable, charming, cozy and clean. We absolutely loved the enclosed porch and fire pit areas. Great getaway for my parent’s 60th wedding anniversary weekend on the NoFo. I’ve rented from lots of owners, Jennifer is by far one of the best. Great communicator and very flexible. Highly, highly recommend!!

We had an amazing time here! The home is very charming, in a great location on the North Fork close to our favorite vineyards and restaurants. Paul was kind enough to offer us an early check in so that we may accommodate our guests traveling to visit! We really enjoyed our stay & made great memories.

This place is excellent for groups. There is plenty to do around the house and lots of room to just sit and chat. We had a great time with 4 different family groups. You had space to spend time together, and space to be on your own if you wanted ;)
