The place was amazing. Much bigger than the actual photos. A dream holiday. The perfect place to be with friends or familly.

We had some beautiful days in this villa. The house is very clean and comes with everything you might need. There are air cons in every room so you can sleep very relaxed. Communication and Checkin went absolutely flawless. We can highly recommend a stay in this villa! :)

Classy and comfortable

Nino is a great Host, upon arrival there were fresh brownies, and wine ready. Accommodation was very neat and clean. This villa is perfect for a family with both small and adult children. Plenty of beds, 2 spacious bathrooms and everything is available Village is within walking distance, and there is plenty to do. Swimming pool is a very big plus, clear water and lovely temperature. I can't think of anything negative about this villa and our stay at all. We enjoyed enormously and felt very much at home, can recommend this villa to anyone!! Thank you to you Nino 😊😊

The house is huge with everything you need for a nice holiday, including basic groceries in the kitchen - water, flour, sugar, spices, etc. Lovely views from the veranda and surrounding nature. The yard is also very big, but not really suitable for small children to play. The beach across the road is very private and natural, it is more rocky than sandy. The host is very friendly, responsive and proactive. Overall, we had a relaxing and happy holiday.

The villa is beautiful and we had a great time there. Everything was very clean, well maintained and tastefully furnished. With two children and a baby, we had more than enough space. Thanks to the air conditioning, it was pleasantly cool inside. We especially liked the garden with loungers, table, hammock and outdoor shower. The location is fantastic – quiet and idyllic. The house was very well equipped overall. Yannis even provided us with water, beer, wine, soft drinks and coffee. The beach is within walking distance and ideal for children as the water drops flat. Communication with Yannis was excellent; he always responded quickly and showed us everything upon arrival. Only point to keep in mind: There is no supermarket in the immediate vicinity and only a few restaurants. However, this did not bother us much, as we often cooked ourselves. The Metoxi restaurant is of top quality. Overall, we highly recommend the accommodation and would be happy to come back.

Above and beyond. Great location and amenities, amazing communication and helpful staff. Christos was so kind to personally bring us the delicious breakfast every morning. It’s a luxury experience through and through in a unique and beautiful setting. Can’t wait to explore some of the other villas

Our family of seven had a wonderful stay at this lovely villa. The spacious outdoor area and pool were perfect for our kids, and the house was spotless and well-stocked. We loved the beautiful nearby beaches, and our kind host made everything easy. A professionally managed property that we highly recommend!

This was a beautiful villa in an even more beautiful setting. The sea view from the 2 double upstairs bedrooms was breathtaking. The description didn’t sell this view enough, we were blown away! The setting was lovely, really peaceful and plenty of outdoor space around the pool. Everything was provided that we needed, the host Mario even offered us water for the stay. Mario was superb, he was on hand for everything we needed, no question went unanswered. The villa itself was clean and well kept. Perfect size for 4-6 people. The location is ok, the walk to the centre is along a couple of busy roads but it is walkable. The centre has plenty of wonderful restaurants and all the food we had was lovely. Navigli has the best cocktails! And staff! Would love to return here for a relaxing break.

We had a great stay in the Vila, it is very peaceful and quiet, the yard is big and pool is nice. The vila had great attention to details and good atmosphere. It is located close to the best beach in Sithonia. The hosts were very kind, attentive and responsive, we highly recommend the place.

I recently stayed at Elissavet's place, and it was fantastic. The place was beautifully maintained, with a perfect blend of modern comforts and Greek charm. The views were breathtaking, the beach was right there for us and outdoor dining area was great. The location was ideal—secluded yet close to local attractions and beaches. The host was responsive and provided great local tips. Overall, it was a relaxing and memorable stay. Highly recommend!

The house was exactly as described. Amazing setting on a private beach. Even with festivals happening it never felt busy. We were a family of six and the house got us very comfortably. Town had plenty of dining options and plenty of nightlife. It’s about a 7/10 of a mile to walk the town but there is a large parking lot if you want to drive.

The house and hosts are fantastic. Kostas is a great host and very helpful. Zoi is very helpful with both the house and everything you will need. The hosts were great hosts and very responsive. We had a very nice time during our stay. The house has everything you need. The house is right on the beach. We loved the wonderful warm waters. The beach was quiet and far from the the chaos and congestion of the other beaches. The house is conveniently located by tavernas, beaches, and supermarkets but is in its own private quiet area. The house has room for the whole family and wonderful areas for lounging and resting inside and out with beautiful views. The garden is also very lovely and restful. Thank you for the beautiful stay.

Happy about a clean, orderly, stylish and very well-equipped villa! You could tell the furnishing concept and amenities were well thought out, and the setting just perfect! Contact with Kostas was easy and friendly. The spacious garden area and large terrace are a dream for BBQs and spending time outside in the shade or moon shine vine testing, with a 180 sea view. Like heavens on earth. Recommendable also for families or a group, with plenty of retreat space.

New complex, fully equipped, including bath robes, huge apartment, looks like they though of every tiny detail. Very nice hosts, great location, private but very close to the beach and restaurants

The villa is great, very comfortable and clean. There are utensils and cooking facilities for many people, everything has been thought of with attention to detail. We were 10 adults for the New Year celebration, it was very sunny, calm and beautiful! The yard, barbecue and pool are superb. There is a peaceful large terrace with a view of the sunset. Thanks Chrisa for making us feel wonderful these 3 days!

We stayed at Mike's villa with 4 people at the end of May. We found the villa very clean. It is furnished with everything the vacationer needs and also with valuable things that make the stay very pleasant. We loved the outdoor kitchen and the different ways to stay outside. The pool was still a little fresh at this time of year, but very clean and very welcoming for a longer stay with the loungers. We initially found the dogs in the neighborhood to be disruptive, but we also got used to it. Positive also the short walk around the beach and the possibilities of shopping nearby, as well as the short path to the highway. Thank you and best regards to Mike!

We were a group of five women enjoying our vacation in Greece, and this villa made our trip truly special! Dominiki is an amazing host—welcoming, attentive, and always ready to help. The villa, designed by Dominiki and her husband, has beautiful interior details, a fully equipped kitchen, and a clean pool. The beds were comfortable, and we especially loved the pillows! Dominiki's in-laws were also around, sharing great stories and speaking perfect English. We had a late flight and Dominiki allowed late check-out. The villa’s location is perfect, with just a 10-minute walk to the beach and 30 minutes to the center of Pefkochori (or a quick taxi ride 5€). We only rented a car for 2 out of our 5 days, with parking conveniently available outside. Dominiki even brought us some food when she knew we hadn't been to the store yet. The villa is spotless, well-planned, and exceeded all our expectations. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a memorable stay in Greece!

Eva was fantastic throughout our stay. Her home is beautifuly decorated, with lots of care and attention to detail. It has absolutely everything you need to feel at home. Location is a bit off the grid for a peaceful, quiet stay, but the beach across the street is lovely, the village is nearby, and there are lots of other places to visit within 30 min drive. We could only stay for a few days but would not hesitate to stay longer next time. Thank you Eva for the warm, attentive welcome!

Great place for the family. A private place with lots of room. Big Yard. The Garden was a plus.

The stay at Kassandra Villa was amazing, the Host or the Daughter of the Host was very friendly, helpful and caring. If we had questions or any favor, she quickly responded. The Apartment itself was clean, comfortable and very modern. The AC worked perfectly and we had no problems. The Daughter of the Host was friendly enough to recommend us restaurants nearby and also breathtaking beaches.

Villa in the Sani forest with a fantastic garden, as shown in the pictures. 20 min walk (a bit uphill/downhill but it wasn't a problem for us) or 5 min with the car to the most beautiful beach on Halkidiki. Good communication with the host. *My only suggestion would be to change the mattress in the master bedroom since it is too soft and it is very difficult for two people to sleep without rolling toward each other and waking up. Everything else was great, we would visit again.
