This was my second visit to Scott’s place, I absolutely love it there and I’m already planning a trip hopefully in the fall.

What a great find! Amazing accommodation beautifully decorated with all the amenities you would expect from a quality let. Our host was on hand to answer any questions and the garage was a huge bonus

Couldn’t fault host nor house! Perfect place and perfect host! Had full family of six (14, 17, 19, 24 years old) and plenty to do and see. Highly recommend Bracciano Castle, eating in Travignano, walking up to the national park behind the house, swimming in the lake…and more. We intended to go to Rome, but we were glad to not to have to drive….and left it to do on our last day. It wasn’t long enough, but we had a good day in Rome and the train is very easy from the airport. Giorgia and Bechara were great. Very clear with everything and very warm and welcoming. Would love to go back.

Very nice and classic villa. Great for big family or group of friends who want to spend time together and also have privacy. The yard is amazing. The hot tub is great for cold days. The location is in the middle of the hills wineries which is beautiful but do take in mind every ride to any town is at least 20-30 minutes down and up the hills.

Immaculate views, especially if you're looking for isolation. Gorgeous pool, plenty of room, amazing balcony, wood burning fireplaces - what more could you ask for? I spent 3 weeks here and enjoyed every minute. Was an excellent retreat space, and would love to come back again

The apartment is really charming and spacious, very well maintained in the aesthetics and furnishings. We found it very clean. We were surprised to find it equipped with everything we needed. Really far exceeded our expectations. The house has a lovely view, in a very quiet and peaceful location. Great base for exploring the surroundings by car. Really comfortable beds, two bathrooms equipped with everything. We felt right at home. Really, thank you so much for your extraordinary hospitality. Final touch. We have a 6-year-old boy and it was very nice to discover new readings for him too, present in the house and available to guests. We felt right at home.

We stayed with Vinci and his daughter during the Easter holidays. We had a great time, strategic location for visiting Perugia and Assisi. The welcome was warm, they even offered us two homemade cakes during our stay. The two hosts were also very helpful in giving us recommendations for typical restaurants to dine at. The apartment is new, bright, clean and reflects the photos well. At our departure we were also given a very good homemade jam. Highly recommended stay

We had an excellent stay! The communication was awesome and checking in was a breeze. The home was amazing with amazing view. The kitchen had everything we needed and we felt super relaxed. A great place to stay!! We were a family of 11 from ages 1-73 and everyone loved it 💕
