You can expect a light-flooded oasis on 85 square meters in the middle of the Old Town of Altona. The fully equipped apartment has a bedroom, living room, and children's room. Of course also kitchen, bathroom and a guest toilet. From the uncovered balcony of the apartment you have a beautiful view of a spacious, secured courtyard with playground. From there you can watch the offspring play and bring them back to dinner with the elevator. The Holstenstraße S-Bahn is a five-minute walk away. Opposite the residential complex you can relax in one of the most beautiful parks in Hamburg, the Wohlerspark. If you want to experience the scenic ski jump with its bars and shops, then this is not far away: just a five-minute walk - St.Pauli and Ottensen are both a 15-minute walk away. The house is a new building, built directly on the S-Bahn tracks. But through noise protection windows and foundation suspension you get nothing from the trains. Through a ventilation system, the apartment always has fresh air and is suitable for allergy sufferers, as filters keep the pollen away.
