Certainly very central and right across the road from the beach. Short Walk to Main Street Byron restaurants, shops etc. the unit was very comfortable and everything was provided in the way of bedding, and kitchen utensils, items for the bathrooms and laundry.....and we couldn't fault it. Would happily recommend to all.

Great place. Perfect location near Clarke’s beach and not far from town. V quiet given its quite near the seafront road. Lovely and light filled feeling. Everything worked, and Bridgette was super responsive.

We loved staying at the Green Door apartment. It is a beautiful space and very generously sized for a one-bedroom place. The balcony was a great spot to relax in the afternoons and the bedroom easily fit our baby's travel cot. The location was fantastic, right in the centre of town and walking distance to the beach. We can't wait to come back!

We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From the moment we arrived, the property exceeded our expectations. Communication with the host was excellent. The house was beautifully designed. The living room was spacious and cozy, perfect for unwinding after a long day of competing. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals, and it was stocked with everything we could have needed for our 3 days stay. The bedrooms were equally comfortable. One of the standout features was the beautiful large balcony which accommodated all our guests. Overall, this property was absolutely perfect for our trip, and we thoroughly enjoyed our time here. We would highly recommend this rental to anyone visiting the area. We will definitely be back!

Amazing!! Margo and Steve’s home is beyond beautiful. It’s such a magical location—close enough to the hustle and bustle of Byron Bay but also completely removed on its own little slice of paradise (incredible beach 5 minutes walk!). The home is just as advertised, but you still can’t imagine it until you’re there. The upstairs outdoors area is stunning. Tragically we had loads of rain during our stay so we didn’t make as much use of it or the pool (which looked dreamy). We ended up mostly dining out (highly recommend Taverna down in Kingscliffe!) so we didn’t end up using the extraordinary kitchen much, but it had EVERYTHING you could imagine. Margo and Steve were very easy to work with and communication couldn’t have been better. They were helpful, quick to respond, and full of local information. They even left us a little welcome cheese and crackers and bottle of bubbly. In a nutshell, if you can stay here, DO. You won’t regret it.

Staying here was a breath of fresh air away from the business of life. My family and I enjoyed the spacious outdoor areas and the coziness inside (as we got a bit of rain while staying here). Would definitely recommend this beautiful spot.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay as a family of 5 + one furry member (dog) too. The kids instantly felt at home with plenty of ball games available, space to run around and play and the little children’s table and chairs in the outdoor undercover area was a hit for mealtimes. The house is a good layout with bedrooms together plus kitchen/ living/ dining all open too. Great flat indoor/ outdoor living situation- plenty of different seating options too whether you want to be out in the sun or undercover. Pool was nice and clean and a lovely temperature. Ample towels provided. Kitchen had everything we needed to prepare our own meals at home - including kids tableware & utensils. The full functioning laundry is a must with young kids and I appreciated even having stain remover spray available. Close walk to beach - both dog and non dog sides. Greg & Lyn have thought of everything to make this a wonderful family getaway. Thank you for a great stay!

Beautifully appointed home with tons of room all within walking distance to the beach. Great access to local shops, the pool was an added bonus. Loved our stay and would highly recommend.

Our family of 4 had a fantastic stay. We could walk to the beach, Cafe and resturant. All basics in the kitchen were provided and a bottle of sparkling wine!

Our group was very happy to stay at Kylie’s place and we were glad we found it. The place was cozy with the two bedrooms separated by the bathroom for privacy and in beautiful surroundings. Kylie was an awesome and responsive host. Would gladly stay here again.

My wife, puppy and I had a great time at Nikki’s Airbnb. The courtyard was great for our 15 month old pup, and the main town centre a perfect distance to walk with pup. The place was as described and made us feel at home.

The place was in immaculate condition and all amenities were great. Convenient location too!

The apartment is better than the photos depict! The balcony surrounded by trees is a lovely place to hang out. Parking on street is so handy, walking distance into the bustle but quiet. Very nice, spacious apartment, comfortable and would definitely stay again.
