Wooden house flair near Aachen

The wooden house is located in a quiet residential area not far from Aachen. The forest, with the local recreation area Wurmtal, begins one street further. The guest house is only 10 minutes by car from the Soers (CHIO). Aachen city center can also be easily reached by bus. During Christmas season there is one of the most beautiful Christmas markets in Germany and in summer great open-air concerts just above the border (Netherlands). Breakfast is available on request for an additional charge.

2 beautiful bedrooms await you. One has 1 double bed (160x200), 1 sleeping loft (140x200) and 1 very comfortable sofa bed (130x200). Small but nice & quiet but central :-)

Completely newly renovated studio - apartment (single apartment) on 22 sqm. There is a large room with dining table, single / double bed, TV and a small equipped kitchenette with coffee machine (pads), toaster, microwave and induction hob. There's a big closet in the hallway. The bathroom is fully equipped with a large walk-in feel-good shower, sink and toilet. Access to our guest apartment is located off the street and leads through our courtyard.

The high-quality and lovingly furnished apartment is in a beautiful suburb of Aachen. The apartment is fully equipped with everything your heart desires. The apartment is on the 1st floor and is accessible via an external staircase. Here is also a small terrace that can be used. The walls inside are plastered with clay paint plaster, the floor is covered with planks. The apartment is located in a quiet side street. Public transport (bus and train) is very close. A regular connection to Aachen, Herzogenrath or the Netherlands is in 10-15 min. within walking distance.

Tiny-House

All things important you‘ll find in this miniature house. We, Elke (teacher) and Michael (music journalist) live in the main house, with a view to green fields, close to a natural reserve. We love traveling to the sea, great movies and TV-series, music, food - and really enjoy making contact with nice, decent people.
