Nice Location and very close to the ski area!

We had a great week in this apartment. It is tastefully furnished and equipped with everything you need for a comfortable vacation. The location is perfect, right in the heart of the village, and Fondo surprised us with its welcoming atmosphere and the beauty of the surroundings. The area is ideal for those who love winter hiking, with breathtaking views and many trails. We had a really good time and hope to be back soon!

We had such a great time at this cozy ski lodge! The ski-in, ski-out access made everything super easy, even late into the season and allowed us more time out on the slopes. The apartment was clean, quiet, and had everything we needed - it truly felt like a home away from home. Huge thanks to marella for making this trip an unforgettable one. Will definitely be coming back.

Amazing stay and very helpful owners

Silvia was a great host! The place was spotless and looked just like the pictures. Location was central in our trip to the dolomites and lots of nearby markets and restaurants. She lives close by, so if I had any questions, she was within minutes of solving the issue or responding to any messages. The addition of a gated parking garage was a plus. I would definitely stay here again if I were to come back to experience the Italian alps and see the things I wasn't able to during my time here.

New apartment, equipped with all comforts, comfortable beds, large shower, kitchen provided. Central location ideal for exploring Merano on foot. Nearby underground parking included. Great experience, we'll be back.

Tiziano and Luisa are super hosts! We had a very good time and will be back for sure. Ideal place to go on vacation with your dog. Super comfortable bed and clean house, beautiful and tidy. They also brought us the keys the night we were locked out, super nice!

It was amazing aparment and actually communication with Danielle also. Everything he shared in advance, he was fast responsive and helped when we needed. The apartment is on nice location, and I would say that is much bigger than it looks on photos. Everything was prepared for our arrival and it was super clean. Very nice hosts. Shouldn't be the rule, but we were even allowed to check in at 3am due to delays, which really saved our butt. The three of us arrived with a car, a trailer and 2 motorcycles. We were allowed to park these in the small but nice parking lot. Otherwise, we were treated very friendly, we got tips for tours and restaurants and on departure we were provided with some water again. The apartment was excellent, very nice bathroom and cozy kitchen with gas stove and good amenities.

Practically new, clean, equipped and with a spacious and bright living room. Spaces are rational and well distributed. The house is minutes from the cable car to Alpe di Siusi. Amenities and restaurants are within walking distance. If I had to go back to Trentino with my family, I would not hesitate to choose this place. A special thank you to Eleonora and Lidia for their availability and courtesy that are not discounted.

Check-in was very flexible. The host took enough time to show the whole facility. You can use the great, large indoor playground. There is also an indoor pool with a slide and a sauna! A gym is also included! The apartment has a lot of storage space. The kitchen is modern, the bathroom is in tip-top condition. In addition, you have a great view of the mountains from the balcony!

Everything was clean, cozy and functional. For a family of four with just a week. Nice balcony and garden. I definitely recommend the host.

We chose the place for a few days of relaxation. Lake Tennes is super, 5 minutes' walk via a footpath (with steep stairs) directly behind the house or 3 minutes by MTB. Spent 2 days at the lake - including swimming and took a very nice MTB bike tour (Vespana Tour no. 740). Highly recommended - especially the stop at the San Pietro mountain hut. Dining options in the small village of Tenno are limited, but a few minutes by car you can reach nicer restaurants. The kitchen in the apartment is super equipped and we mostly took care of ourselves and enjoyed our food on the large terrace. Also very nice pool area - all around the grounds are much larger than you can see in the photos and in the description. We can only confirm the other positive reviews. Very nice apartment, clean and spacious and very nice hosts. There's even a way to charge the electric car right by the house.

I found the apartment very clean and tidy. I appreciated finding extra pillows to sleep with my head higher. Possibility of parking in the inner courtyard, closed with a gate, therefore safe. Quiet area. Elevator. The terrace is also nice with a coffee table and chairs to sit in the sun. I imagine it's even more beautiful in the summer, since there's also an outdoor pool. Dr. Joachim is an available person and tries to satisfy the customer. I had asked and was allowed to check in early. I had the pleasure of meeting your daughter who came to give us the keys to the apartment. I hope to go back because I had a great time. Thank you Dr. Joachim

We spent 7 days in a great place with beautiful views. There was actually nothing missing. It was cozy, clean and equipped with everything you need for everyday life. The location of the house is perfect. You have the tranquility to relax (surrounded by vineyards and fruit trees) and still get to the city or village in a short walk or by bus. The nearby hiking area and cable car are also easily accessible without a car. However, special praise is due to the super nice and friendly hosts. They were available to us at all times and gave us many tips for the area and our stay. We haven't experienced such a lovely and nice interaction in a long time. Thank you for this beautiful week.
