The place is good, feel comfortable to stay and got lots of room and got 2 living room, nearby got many restaurant and also got 7-11. Will recommend to others. Matt also very responsive and also got recommend many delicious local food.

-homestay really meets our expectation and was similar as described in the pictures -amenities were fully equipped -have wonderful karaoke set -has 99 convenient store across the road from the homestay

Great place to stay. The bathroom upstairs was closed due to water leakage, but overall it was outweighed

The place is spacious, great place for group of 8 -10 pax using it as retreat (need to be conscious of our noise). Less than 15 mins walk to a nearby restaurant instead of traveling out by grab for meals. An area to be patched up - water flow is inconsistent. Not all 3 bathrooms can be used at the same time. Generally - it is clean enough, spacious for use.

We couldn’t enjoy the house facilities since nice we had gone their accommodating a patient in a hospital. But it’s a cozy place no TV, but there’s music, books and some games to keep the guests occupied. The host is the best! The pictures can be deceiving but there is space downstairs in the living room and dining area though the kitchen is small. Good for a small group to enjoy!

it was a good stay and i had a good experience! it was so comfortable with my baby n husband! wifi available and very perfect place for a newly wed or parents with small baby. 🥰 love it ! will repeat again for sure of come to Malacca! would like to suggest that nasi campur medan selera sp good too! n gerai dj boboi! dont forget to eat nasi goreng sardin! ❤️

The place is so spacious.. we do family day here and its very suitable with the pool and got a very nice space to gathered with all people without everybody feeling akward..

Great place for short vacay with family, infront of beach and ps5 for children

It was a wonder stay. We stayed 1 night and from the time of booking to the time of check out, Host was supper efficient, being able to be contacted at any point of time and Host would revert on any enquiries or request. Very hassle free, didn’t have any issues at all with the place nor the host communication. Even reached out with an issue during the stay and Host managed to come over and sort it out for us. I would not only recommend this place but would surely return here next time

I bring along with my mum and aunt. Boon place was very nice and clean listing and it look just alike as the picture. We have a wonderful stay and time spend in the unit with Netflix and also Game console provided. You will able to see the sunrise from the unit as well. Most important, water dispenser was provided. Highly recommended

Clean and new conditions. 5 rooms and 10 queen mattresses which thick, nicely firm and comfortable. Come with swimming pool, KTV, BBQ pits and tools, mahjong, poker chips, and chess set. Great for family staycation up to 20 pax but still feel very spacious! Walk distance to coffee shops and some restaurants/cafe nearby. ~5min ride to Jonker Walk if there is little traffic. Check in is easy and host is very responsive. Will come back here again. Thanks for the nice stay!

We had a great time staying at this space. Very spacious with attractive interior design. Speed mart & Mr. DiY just within the vicinity of the house. There is a swimming pool for kids and bbq set for those who plan to do bbq. The only comment that we have is the location because the location given did not guide us to the house. Fret not, we contacted the friendly owner and the owner was quick to reply my message and shared the location of the house. Overall, we enjoyed our stay at the house Will definitely book again 😃

Just back from this beautiful homestay yesterday with family after staying for 2 nights. We were very happy to stay in this big, spacious, nicely decorated and homely house. First of all, the house was very clean and tidy, and it looked exactly the same as shown in pictures. Secondly, the price was reasonable. All amenities stated were provided. The bathroom were big and all equipped with heater. All the bedrooms were equipped with air-conditioning.Highly recommended! And we will come back again when we visit Melaka next time =)
