We stayed here with seven kids, and it was fantastic! The indoor swimming pool was a game-changer for Curitiba’s unpredictable weather—rain or shine, the kids never had to leave the water. The stunning glass wall made it even better; we could relax on the incredibly comfortable couch while keeping an eye on them. The living room AC worked perfectly, making the space even more enjoyable. This home is ideal for families and large groups—it’s spacious, well-equipped, and thoughtfully designed. The beds were super comfortable, and the cozy covers made for a great night’s sleep. The hosts were wonderful, and we truly loved our stay. Highly recommend, and we can’t wait to come back!

We're leaving happily Luciana's house! It is ideal if you attend some competition in the Olympic park do cajaru for the location, the comfort of the house, it has everything you need to rest, cook and spend time. My stay was just wonderful! Since the time of the reservation, Marcio proved extremely attentive and helpful, quickly answering all my questions and offering valuable tips about the region. Upon arrival, I was received very well and felt immediately at home. The atmosphere is exactly as in the pictures: calm, cozy and impeccably clean. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood with easy access to markets. I strongly recommend lodging to everyone who is looking for a peaceful place to relax.

Ricardo and his co-host were great and responsive. Easy to check in and out. The condominium was great with lots of amenities for everyone. Apt was clean and well furnished. Our boys enjoyed the stay and had lots of fun in the park, soccer/bball court and pool. Everything was great. I could recommend a queen size bed for the main bedroom and maybe a AC wall unit would really help. But those are all extras that would make it even nicer and more comfortable. But all in all fantastic stay and we appreciated our stay. Book with no doubt!

Second time staying at the listing. And we always love. Everything clean, the region is wonderful, the building has a swimming pool, a gym and the staff is very kind. The location is great too. And hosts always respond quickly. Super recommend it.

The apartment has a great structure for long stays (appliances and furniture) and the barbecue area and the garden area are very spacious and sunny. For all the needs I had during my stay, Manoella always met promptly. The neighborhood is quiet and quiet and is close to the São Lourenço park, which is very good for running and hiking. Although the garage is a little tight to maneuver a medium-sized car (4.40 m x 1.75 m), during the time I stayed I never saw all the vacancies occupied, which made it easy to get in and out of the space. The apartment is more beautiful than the pictures and its space certainly holds a family of 3 people for long periods. As a sugestao I would advise providing a little more pans and pots, in case the guest cooks more often it may be that he misses. In short, very nice apartment in a residential neighborhood and suitable for long stays.

Apartment with great location, next to the main exits to reach the main locations of Curitiba. Well-equipped and clean. Nayef always responded to us immediately, making communication very easy and quick. The only problem we observed was that one of the doors in the outdoor area was not working and the upstairs shower was under maintenance, but nothing that harmed our experience. We will definitely return to Curitiba and we will want to stay in this apartment. We feel at home!

Perfect apartment in the heart of Batel! My husband and I stayed with our one year old and felt very safe in this building. There were guards outside 24hrs and the doorman was always available for any questions. The apartment was clean and comfortable and fit all our needs. Deborah met us for check-in and was a wonderful host. The area is in a safer neighborhood and only minutes walk to the mall. We had a lovely stay and hope to be back soon! Thank you, Deborah for hosting us!

My second stay here and I'm satisfied. They did some needed maintenance on the apartment which turned out great. They have new blackout blinds which are awesome. They still need to do some maintenance, but everything works well enough. Communication with the host could still have faster turnaround but that wasn't a big deal overall. Price was a bit premium when compared to other apartments in the area. Still love the location, gym, garage and other facilities they have available. Would stay here again.

I had a good experience at the listing. Jardel was super flexible with the time of checkin and checkout and, even after I initially said we would not be by car, we ended up renting one during the trip and the Jardel registered the vehicle quickly for entry to the condominium. The only point to be improved is that if you are not by car, you will have to keep using the pedestrian entrance for visitors and have to identify yourself at the concierge whenever you want to enter (of course, after a while the gatekeepers can remember you and release the entrance more quickly). The apartment facing a kind of forest is a positive point for me. I recommend it.
